U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday (October 8, 2012) made the Cesar Chavez -- the Mexican American labor leader -- as a national monument. President Barack Obama called Cesar Chavez as a hero who brought hope to millions of poor people and peasants who had lost their rights, and they could be without Chavez "never seen" by the most Americans.
"Today we celebrate the life of Cesar Chavez," Obama said during the celebration in La Paz - farm laborers in California where Chavez lived and worked for more than two decades. "The world is a better place because of Cesar Chavez decided to change it."
Chavez, who died in 1993 at the age of 66, buried in there, where the monument was built. Chavez widow, Helen, still living in La Paz, California.
Site area of approximately 75 hectares in La Paz it is the location of the central planning and Chavez union coordination since 1971. Chavez and many other labor activists living, practicing and making strategies there.
Steps taken by President Obama was able to improve the support of a number of Hispanic voters and progressives for Obama whose his election slogan in 2008 was "Yes We Can" borrowed from Chavez motto, "Si, se puede."

I was only joking when my fiance also said jokingly asked me, "Honey, in your mind's eyes --- (and in the seventh year of our relationship he's been infected by the disease from me who also rely on intuition, not only the fact ...) Who is the winner of the 2012 elections in the U.S.?"
"I do not know. Did you think I was a psychic?"
"I don't say like that, but almost all of your estimate is right."
"Estimate is a very scientific term dahling, ...." I smiled because he was so excited to see "my vision", whereas maybe my vision was wrong. "I do not know." I said.
"... Come on hon, you see a bit ..., maybe?" He tried to smile, pretty sweet. I smiled back at him. He rarely smiled when we made love, his smile more often seen when we were discussing, especially discussions with political topics. When we were in the discussion, I smiled more often than him. When our discussion was over --- I did not know who started the new situation, but then I found myself .... haaa ... I'm pregnant! --- Whoa .... I'm pregnant!
"I see there's Obama."
"Really?"
"Hm."
"What if you're wrong?"
"Mmm... then we're not going to get married"
"Arghh ... why are we going to get married if Obama wins?"
"These are my terms dahling." I laughed while saying a requirement with a real gesture, kissing his bearded cheek. I was thinking, "Does he know that I love him so?"

A recent poll by the Ankara Social Research Center showed that more than two-thirds of Turks oppose intervention in Syria, although there was the incident of Turkish military aircraft shooting on the waters of Syria. The poll reported in the weekly Turkish, al-Akhbar also found that the majority of citizens wanted Erdogan to take a more neutral stance on the Syrian conflict. The poll reflects a new reality. It's more difficult to use it in order to provoke and manipulate the public to support the war.
In the past, the leaders would provoke or took advantage of such incidents to gain broad support from the public for war. But this time, the Turks are increasingly skeptical of the war provocation.
Turkey's political maturity reflects the lessons in their decade long struggle for Islam and democracy and against the Kemalist secular fascism.
The Turks calm reaction to the incident offers a reason for optimism. If the quietness like this continues to occur, maybe one day will be the fact that the people in this world really want peace, and the world leaders should give up and give it to them.
The international community has also called on both countries to refrain and avoid the show of military force. However, the officials from both countries are still struggling on the issue about the shooting of Turkish military aircraft by Syria.
Tehran also urged Ankara and Damascus to hold back and evaluate this issue with wisdom and tolerance and dialogue through the completion of the peace, calm and maintain stability in the region. Erdogan said Ankara would announce the final attitude and conduct the necessary measures after the incident was cleared up entirely. Turkish government spokesman also said the shooting of the plane was not going to go unpunished.
Turkey willl formally consult with its allies in NATO about the reaction should be done. Envoys from NATO member countries were scheduled to meet in Brussels (October 9, 2012) to discuss the issue.
WelI, I think all parties should accept the existence of other elements that are trying to take advantage of existing conditions by spreading provocation on the border between the two countries. Syrian and Turkish border areas can not be excluded from this condition, because after the armed terrorist groups to spread unrest in Syria and create security instability in Syrian cities, there are thousands of Syrians seeking safety in the border region of Turkey. Armed groups also has a motive to create such conditions to depose Bashar Assad's government. Moreover when many cities before it is mastered by them falling into Syrian military's hands, then to open another battlefield become an option.
Do not forget one very important fact. In a crisis, there are always people who are always going to try to create another crisis and attempt to thwart any attempt to end the crisis. Terrorist groups in Syria (whose hands have been stained with the blood of innocent Syrian citizens) can not see how the government pardoned and freed prisoners who did not kill or loot the treasure. Therefore, these groups are trying to create an armed conflict between the two neighboring countries.
The Group who easily massacre over 90 innocent people with the aim of overthrowing the Syrian government image and attract other countries to intervene in the country certainly has a motive to do this. Those who do the daily bombing by car bombs are very easy to perform this action. Those who do not want to see Syria in a safe state, then fire several shells into the Turkey is a thing very easy to do.
In this case, the Turkish government should look at this possibility. They should provide the possibility of a situation that thecannon fire from the Syrian region is an act of terrorist groups in Syria. In this case, the Turkish government should look at this possibility. They should provide the possibility of a situation that cannon fire from the Syrian region is an act of terrorist groups in Syria. Because, we who have the common sense would say that the Syrian military have been involved in armed conflict with the elements of foreign for months in their country, so why do they have to open a new war front?
In addition, the irrational decision of the government and the Turkish military by spreading the war to Syria and drag NATO to be involved in this war is not profitable for the region. if this happens, then the most aggrieved parties are Syria and Turkey themselves.

Ammunition explosions disrupt the Russian military test program in Orenburg region, about 1,500 kilometers south of Moscow, on Tuesday (October 8, 2012). Russia's Defense Ministry said there were no casualties in the blast and all the soldiers and a number of local residents were evacuated immediately.
Ammunition explosion occurred three times. The first explosion occurred at Dongus firing range, at around 09:55 Moscow time. The blast occurred as ammunition unloaded from the train. The first blast was triggered another explosion which resulted in a fire at the site.
Central Military District which responsible for a testing said firefighters immediately available to extinguish the fire after another explosion.
The Ministry of Defence has sent an investigative commission to the location. "The situation is being monitored by surveillance and the minesweepers," said Yaroslav Roshchupkin told reporters.
This incident is not the first ammunition explosion in Russia's military facilities. On 26 September, an officer was killed by the explosion of ammunition at the range Totsky, 180 kilometers northwest of Orenburg.
On May 30, three soldiers were injured in an explosion at military places in the Russia Far East Khabarovsk. Last June, a fire and explosion rocked a depot in Udmurtia Defense Ministry, killing at least three people and at least 95 people were injured.

I was thinking back, "What happened to the world in late 2012 - early to mid 2013 if Mitt Romney becomes the U.S. president? "► Palestinians: Lost in representation
Thoughts of future replied loudly, "World War III, Cisca! Only war. Yeah, war. He has no diplomatic skills, because a businessman is born only for profit. And don't forget, there are various types of benefits and its utilization. After all, if you become a president ... you could make the country bankrupt but you do not go bankrupt. Your people live in poverty, but there is no state budget cuts to finance the war, ... why not? Especially if you're fighting for friend requests."
"What? War for friendship?" I asked stupidly to the future.
"Well, sort of. In the Middle East he has no "Hello, how do you do" to any country except Israel. I notice he does not have a "Hello" to China or Iran or Russia!"
"Russia? Are they going to fight in the ice ... . I mean ... the cold war, maybe? Whowaa...."
"For those who do not understand foreign policy, his speech sounded pretty good. But I think his speech is full of cliche and not substantive, ...you know - taking peace through strength, clarity and resolution? Hmmm... the ideas are not foreign policy. Mitt Romney just exploiting the weaknesses of Barack Obama's appearance in the presidential debate last week, but it's unclear whether his speech about his foreign policy will drive his ranking in the campaign in which the economy is the dominant issue."

A Turkish woman holds her cat in front of a banner on September 30, 2012 during a march for animal rights on Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul. Demonstrators gathered against a proposed amendment to Law no. 5199 on the protection of animals. The new draft, which is slated to be discussed in Parliament by late October, authorizes the removal of stray animals, limiting the number of pets in houses and the termination of what is termed 'dangerous' breeds. Activists fear the regulation will lead to mass killing of cats and dogs regardless of whether they are pets or strays. (AFP PHOTO/BULENT KILIC)
