Hmmm .... I think it's not that easy. Look at how the international geopolitical constellation of Syria: it is between Russia, China and Iran who are often involved in international political rivalry with the United States, Britain, France, and Germany. China considers Syria is important because Syria is one of China's top oil exporter after Saudi Arabia and Iran. Syria also serves as an entry point for Chinese commodity export markets to the Middle East countries. China also wants to maintain good relations with Iran (as the main supplier of China's oil), that its political stance is very supportive to Bashar al-Assad regime. While Russia is the main heir to Soviet Union's heyday  which has a long history of political conflict with Western countries.

Diplomatic relations between Syria and Russia strengthened also by Russian naval base in the port of Tartus which has existed since Soviet times and it is still used to this day. Russia is also known as military weapons exporting countries, with Syria is one of the importers of Russia weapons in large quantities. Of course, Russia does not want to lose by the cancellation of the contract for the weapons sale to Syria, especially in the midst of Europe's economic crisis. Then, as the country's oil demand is also mostly imported from Iran, Russia are concerned about maintaining diplomatic relations with Iran, because Iran is Syria's main ally.

Russia also has a high desire to be 'World Police' to expand its political influence to other countries so that the balance of power at the international level can be maintained. This is why Russia and China are often involved international political competition with other Western countries, especially with their status as member countries of the UNSC  with veto power.

The alliance between the three major powers are very influential in the international world, especially Russia, China and Iran, which reject all forms of foreign military intervention against Syria has been going very effective to prevent Syria will experience similar events such as Libya. Bashar al-Assad still survives as President of Syria. So the only way to stop the conflict is a truce between the government and Syrian opposition factions, then this should be followed by a process of political settlement in an honest, fair, and acceptable by all parties.

Obama warns Assad over chemical weapons. ► Obama Warns Syria Against Using Chemical Weapons. Published on Dec 3, 2012 by AssociatedPress - President Barack Obama warned Syria on Monday that the use of chemical weapons would be "totally unacceptable." U.S. officials said intelligence had detected Syrian movement of chemical weapons components in recent days. (Dec. 3)

This is absurd. The unrest in Syria has been taking place over a year, starting in March 2011. If Syria had meant to kill its own people, Syria could do it last year with ease and no need to linger to kill the unarmed civilians. Indeed, on July 1 Damascus acknowledged for the first time that Syria "has chemical weapons". Syria has threatened to use it if attacked by a foreign country, but I  believe Syria will never use it against its own people.

Published on Dec 3, 2012 by AlJazeeraEnglish - They are horrendous crimes: Massacres, torture, rape, mutilation, forcing children to fight wars. But the perpetrators who are they and how will they be held responsible? The International Criminal Court (ICC) was established ten years ago this week, to prosecute war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Its power is derived from the nations who have signed on to the so called Rome Statue, which established the ICC. Most, but far from all, nations in the world have signed on to the treaty thereby limiting its ability to act. Until recently the ICC's chief prosecutor was Luis Moreno Ocampo. Under him, the ICC opened investigations into seven cases, all of them in Africa. It issued arrest warrants for 20 individuals, notably Omar al-Bashir, Sudan's president. But only one suspect has been convicted so far, Congolese warlord Thomas Lubanga, who was found guilty of recruting child soldiers earlier this year after a seven-year-long process. When Ocampo's term ended, the selection of a new chief prosecutor took on political undertones. Critics said the ICC must be faster and it must turn its attention to conflicts around the world -- not just in Africa. Now, the woman who served as Ocampo's deputy has been promoted to the top job. Talk to Al Jazeera sits down with Fatou Bensouda, the ICC's new chief prosecutor, to discuss how she intends to bring justice to victims of the most serious crimes in the world. (VIDEO)

A Russian Soyuz rocket has launched from French Guiana - only the second such vehicle to fly out of the territory's new Sinnamary spaceport.

My spouse partner is not an expert in space science, as well as me. Although during our school has been given enough material about astronomy, but after that we did not pioneer our career of science, ... but well, just knowing it and enjoyed it, of course.

There was never a night I spent without my head tilted to the sky. The more I explore the sky with my eyes which are not blind (Thanks God), the more my heart is subject to Something Looks Nothing.

I told him, "Dahling, does the nature has its duplicate?"

"Why do you ask that?"

I didn't answer him. Being under the sky with someone you love and loves you is the small thing that should be enjoyed and grateful for, let alone the togetherness is befriended by the nature's beauty (both in the morning and evening) wow,.... for me it's quite unspeakable things by the tongue.

Don't ask me, at that time, whichever was more I love. Of course my partner would say, "Me!" pointed to his own self. That's fine. If he didn't know my answer, it didn't mean that he has done something wrong. "Ohhh dahhling, you don't know it, do you? I just want them all."

But it's not a sweet answer that will make him feel "super", and I'm always happy to make him feel super to himself, because this will surely have a positive impact on how he treats me. I even asked him (rather to myself) with hesitation, "What's behind all this beauty?"

"What do you mean, honey?"

And for a moment, I couldn't explain what I felt to him, let alone this fear. Hugged him and hid my whole body into his body's cave was the best thing I could do that time.

We have witnessed the moment when the sun was pink to orange, covered by a cloud of bluish purple in the blue and white sky in this continent. Although theoretically the human eye has unlimited long distance view, but I was always limited to be able to see the sky above one's head in European continent, for example.

Finally, the limitation made me better to trust his words when I asked him via telephone conversation, "Hello dahling, how is the weather in your sky? Is that clear enough?"

"No, baby. Now it's raining here."

"Are you lying?"

"Why don't you come here to prove the truth of my words?"

That's a question that does not require an answer NOW.

"Can you see the sky over there, darling?" then I asked him him, pointing in any direction without direction.

"Which sky?"

"That sky!"

"Where? Which sky?"

I dunno, he just pretended he was confused or I was really being melancholy. When I heard his question, I felt I wanted to cry out loud, but what happened was only a few tears dripping from my eyelids.

"Should I ask about your tears?" he asked me, but it sounded more like a statement.

"No, no need. Thanks"

"So, why are you crying?"

That's him, he had a strange habit that I liked it immensely. He always knows how to make me think that he was gone when he actually was closer to me, even closer than ever. And for the next, you'd better know how I would react. Run! then I will let him run around chasing me until we are both tired.

"I just felt even more stupid."

"It's very good feeling, hon, ...very good."

"A good feeling?"

"Yeah."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah!"

"Well, the poor fool, with your knowledge, you are still dumb as ever."

"Hahaaa..."

"Eheehe...including you"

"Haha...you, too"

Realizing that we were equally stupid was a small brain that grew from our togetherness during this time. I did't know whether he knew that we were not alone with the foolishness here.
