The 57 year old male driver who crashed into the restaurant is assisting police with their investigation. The driver was breath tested for alcohol and was found to be three times over the legal limit, local media reported.

Before Edward Snowden blew the whistle on the NSA's extensive surveillance programmes on American citizens, he travelled to Hong Kong to escape the reach of the United States' justice system.  Perhaps he was mindful of the fate of Bradley Manning, who faces life in prison for releasing thousands of classified documents to Wikileaks. But while Snowden may have outrun the long arm of the law, he could not avoid trial by media. Snowden has been described as a "weasel", a "narcissist" and a "punk" - not by US politicians or officials but by the journalists and newscasters leading the debate over his actions. And the discussion in the mainstream media seems more focused on Snowden's pole-dancing girlfriend and high school record than on one of the most comprehensive telephone and online surveillance programmes in human history.  It raises the question: Why focus on the character of the leaker and not the content of the leak? Sssh, ... let them so. After all, they have to know themselves, right?

I have a story about a gay who killed by his/ her gay partner.

So, here's his story. After they were having sex, gay A asked his/her partner (gay B) to act as the "man". Gay B refused the request because he/she was too tired to take on the role as "the woman".

Gay A did not want to understand the situation and continue to force gay B to role as the "man". (Argghh, dunno..., is there a volcanic eruption? Can't wait?)

Gay B was getting mad. Gay A still continued to force gay B. Finally, gay B took a kitchen knife and repeatedly stabbing gay A until he/she died.

After killing gay A, gay B didn't feel regret. He surrendered himself to the police and made recognition of his deed.

When visiting him in prison I asked him, "Why do you kill your partner?"

B responded with laughter, "Huaahahaa, ...what's my problem? Now I am proud to be a man. Do you see that? I can kill a man, hahahha. Now I am the man"

Well, I finally concluded that B found his prowess as a real man by one thing, not to act as the "woman" in a gay relationship, but by killing gay A.

Done.

My fiance just shaking his head when he heard my conclusion. (As easy, huh? Thus, what is the problem?)

ehehehhee....I'm not insulting gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, not at all. But, well you know yourself. That's it. You do not have to create a lot of problems in order to seek attention and affirmation of existence. What exactly do you want? Mating? Already legalized, right? What else? Learn to recognize your self limitations. Yet you know your self.

Ow, ow ow, we are in this day and age, is there still a woman who can be trusted as a woman? A man who can be trusted as a man? If less contemplative, I will be very skeptical in this life. And it seems I've been such a presence.

Seeing a beautiful woman, I will doubt whether she's not a transgender who will say, "Once, I was a man". When seeing a handsome man, I will doubt whether he is only interested in men or he likes men and women as well.

Finally I decided :
* A woman is a woman if she can get pregnant and have a uterus (this is beyond the condition of a woman who has a uterus and vagina, but can not have a baby because of other medical factors) and can feed the baby because the productivity of mammary gland.

* A man is a man if he's just likes the women's original vagina.

If not so, then all things can be questioned. Sorry. You know yourself. With the advancement of technology, you can be proud of your breasts and feel happy. But, well, you know yourself. You do not have a vagina, uterus and mammary glands, even though you're designing your breasts in such a way that your assets are able to make our men falling in love with your Artificial Meat.

I dunno, is it love or hermaphrodite? They have become a kind of worm? Wow? Wow. But well, a man who only likes meat on the body of a woman is not a man who can be classified as an upper-class man. That's not a problem for me. They should get out and stand on the sidelines. Sorry. You know yourself.

Postscript : I'm not insulting, I do not harass transgender. I just defend my rights as a original woman. And I'm still in the corridors for the opposition to sexual disorientation.

Ehhehehe my body shivering with multi orgasm sensation, many times, whereas I knew I was sleeping. I feel funny with my brain works.

But I never show how frightening this substance for my body to my partner. Instinctively, I prefer to keep this secret from him.

On the corner is playing "All the world is waiting for the sunrise" on his flute.

Occasional coins fall into the can. On breaks, he fingers them. Each becomes an eye that opens on another world. Before the warmth leaves them, his fingers catch glimpses of other lives. Scenes reflected in soap bubbles or caught behind windows at night just before someone turns off the light.

Later, in his room, counting the day's toll. They cast cold glances back on him, giving away less than dead men's eyes.

He is an apt student and had learned the world by sight. Before, at seven, his eyes gave out. Falling asleep, the rest of us sometimes awaken later with darkness, remembering nothing, no trace of another world.

He falls into sleep and a whole world spreads its table for him. Each time, coming back, he is born into darkness again. It's like shedding rainbows in his wake as he returns to seeing the world through donated eyes.

In the hustle and bustle atmosphere, yesterday I took off the clown mask from my face. Suddenly, a little girl who was standing close to me screaming and crying. This invited the attention of her mother. She came up to me and scolded, "You already know that my daughter is afraid of clown. Why do you take it off from your face?" Finally, because I didn't want the little girl afraid, I wore the mask again. I thought it was the best scene for that little girl, her mother and ... me. From behind my mask, I was glad to see them smile again. But they never knew I was smiling back to them from behind the clown mask.

Cisca Zarmansyah : A prestigious project was successfully completed. The Burj Dubai building has stood so majestic with 160 floors and inaugurated in Dubai, United Arab Emiriah (UAE) on last Monday (4 Januari 2010). Burj Dubai development was one of the largest property companies in the UAE, EMAAR, working with architectural firms and civil engineering from Chicago, United States of SKIDMORE, OWINGS and MERRILL (SOM).

By the opening, the top floor guarded and closed. With so, height of the building which was built in 2004 couldn't be ascertained. The height estimated at over 800 meters and beat The CN (Canadian National) Tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a height of 553,33 meters. The CN tower previously listed as the world's tallest building ever built.

The unique building form such as needle soaring into the sky. The height of the building also be an attraction. This 1044 building has the 49th floor apartment and office space and hotels. Estimated construction cost of about U.S. $ 20 billion. Although the debt crisis had shaken, the construction was completed on time.
