Along with charges of Chao Chien-ming's involvement (the son-in-law of President Chen Shui-bian) in the case of Taiwan Development insider trading companies, e.g, resulting in a number of mass media were competing to preach this problem, even when he attended the trial, there were severe conflicts between the police court with media workers mass, resulting in the issue of press freedom and human rights re-warmed to be discussed.
Freedom House released the findings of Freedom of the Press 2012, its annual press freedom survey, at a press conference held in front of the World Press Freedom map at the Newseum.
You, Fairuz Azalia, Valentino Vie and Almira Izzati like this.
Almira Izzati : NOTW tapping case, Murdoch is now in the hot seat!
Jan Pepijn Servaas : How wonderful your appreciation, Miss Crunchy Peanut. When I talk about Chen, you talk about Murdoch. Is this an example of free thinking, or we are certainly not in a single focus? ...
Almira Izzati :.... freeeedom....! freedom, it is the freedom to think freely and laugh freely at the office .... hahahahaaa....

The existence of a variety of alternative communication channels (media) in the cyberspace era has prompted the changes in concept/meaning of the mass media and its freedom. All manners, ethics, cultural values of traditional communication, and the law guidelines will no longer have any significance, if it does not fit the spirit of freedom.

Adriaan Zef : Hey dude, a half emotional and bombast philosophy of freedom of the press has been drawn by the dynamic nature of time and major changes in the
world of communication and information. The meaning of freedom of the
press is now likely to be forced to adjust to the dynamics of changes in
the age's characteristics, brought by the globalization of the legal
system (positive law) and policy communication (media law and policy) in
each country, no longer has significance. The UN itself has first
established the existence of globalization of information through the
territory boundaries (borderless world) to create the UDHR article 19
(Freedom of Information).
Adriaan Zef : The problem now is a global change (globalization) that hit the areas of communication and information also includes the expansion of new technologies. The phenomenon of new technology presents a variety of communication channels/more sophisticated alternative media, wider scope, greater volumes of information, and higher speed. We (Astrid Adrienne & me) begin to feel that our world (her world and my world) today has become borderless. Right, hon?
Valentino Vie: Haha! Jan. Heh, hey you, we, the media will always create a mysterious new force. And it can't be controlled by a handful of people and state power (let alone the invisible hand, haha)
Adriaan Zef : Okay, maybe the media theories of libertarian, democratic, or authoritarian media theories are no longer have any significance, since it is related to the state power theory (Whereas, the media represented by "mysterious power" is no longer relevant to the state's existence , but, the development of alternative media (new media) will experience the law of limits to growth and global paradox. Freedom of communication and information are coupled with the characteristics of cybernetics or "restraint", so that there is a balance between freedom with limitations (Liberty means responsibility, the freedom carries concomitant obligations). There's always the equilibrium in media system, because there's mutual influence between the media with other media (interdependence), right Astrid Adrienne darling?

If You Forget Me
I want you to know one thing. You know how this is: if I look at the crystal moon, at the red branch of the slow autumn at my window, if I touch near the fire the impalpable ashor the wrinkled body of the log, everything carries me to you, as if everything that exists, aromas, light, metals, were little boats that sail toward those isles of yours that wait for me.Well, now, if little by little you stop loving me, I shall stop loving you little by little.
If suddenly you forget me, do not look for me, for I shall already have forgotten you. If you think it long and mad, the wind of banners that passes through my life, and you decide to leave me at the shore, of the heart where I have roots, remember that on that day, at that hour, I shall lift my arms and my roots will set off to seek another land. But if each day, each hour, you feel that you are destined for me with implacable sweetness, if each day a flower climbs up to your lips to seek me, ah my love, ah my own, in me all that fire is repeated, in me nothing is extinguished or forgotten, my love feeds on your love, beloved, and as long as you live it will be in your arms without leaving mine.
