Adriaan Zef : Hey dude, a half emotional and bombast philosophy of freedom of the press has been drawn by the dynamic nature of time and major changes in the
world of communication and information. The meaning of freedom of the
press is now likely to be forced to adjust to the dynamics of changes in
the age's characteristics, brought by the globalization of the legal
system (positive law) and policy communication (media law and policy) in
each country, no longer has significance. The UN itself has first
established the existence of globalization of information through the
territory boundaries (borderless world) to create the UDHR article 19
(Freedom of Information).Adriaan Zef : The
problem now is a global change (globalization) that hit the areas of
communication and information also includes the expansion of new
technologies. The phenomenon of new technology presents a variety of
communication channels/more sophisticated alternative media, wider
scope, greater volumes of information, and higher speed. We (Astrid Adrienne & me) begin to feel that our world (her world and my world) today has become borderless. Right, hon?

limits to growth and global paradox. Freedom of communication and
information are coupled with the characteristics of cybernetics or
"restraint", so that there is a balance between freedom with limitations
(Liberty means responsibility, the freedom carries concomitant
obligations). There's always the equilibrium in media system, because
there's mutual influence between the media with other media
