It seems, he's under pressure. He's pressured by extremists in Muslim world as well as from some of prejudice faced by Muslims in America.

Cisca Zarmansyah: He gave to the same candidates as the company he works for. You know, General Electric and the labor unions that cover General Electric employees. He gave to Conway and two peoples in AZ. You can't condemn the management even if they did donate to candidates. It comes down to what was in the contract. It can't be hypocritical because Olbermann agreed to the terms.
This is what happens when you violate a contract that you sign. Unless of course you are covered by a union where the employees can violate everything from substance abuse to attendance and be defended free of charge by the union.
He had a contract, he violated the contract, and that should be the end of the story. No conspiracy theories or anything else. Who cares what other people did. What you do and the terms of the contract are the only thing that matter. Otherwise, what's the point of signing a contract. Management has different contracts. If you don't like the terms, don't sign it. Olbermann can blame nobody but himself, and I'm willing to bet that our ratings will get better with him gone and someone different in his time slot. People are now looking for more moderate commentators anyway. Let the politicians bicker and the anchor mediate. That's what people seem to want.

* Americans are frustrated, because the changes brought by the Obama administration can't answer the expectations and needs.
* This is an attitude of leadership that contains the moral values. (Moral leadership). He dared to tell the truth about the slowness of reform in the country, especially in the health sector. By clearly, he asked if there's a faster and more efficient, effective and inexpensive concept on health management from Republican party, then his administration would be ready to accommodate it.
* Indeed, it has proven that Obama failed to meet expectations and needs of his own people. The Republican become stronger, while the Democrat faction increasingly thinning. So, there's no other way, except for being soft on his stronghold majority in Parliament.
* But there's another meaning behind the results of elections in America, viz the balance of power between the Republican and Democratic, so the components in US government system each bear the same burdens and responsibilities.

They opress civil rights, they destroy progress and they move this country one step closer to another right wing dictatorship like the former soviet union, nazi germany, and north korea. And I have a plan. Raise taxes on the rich so that they pay their fair share. Make it illegal for companies to hire illegals, or outsource their jobs overseas. Any company that does so gets their CEO arressted and the company siezed and run for the public good. Nationalize healthcare for the betterment of all citizens. Remove corporate personhood and make it illegal for a company to be considered a person. The CEO is personally reasonable for every action taken by his company. Every action! Make marriage defined as a social contract between two or more consenting adults. And that's just part of what it would take to save this country and make it better.
