Sense and Sensibility was a very interesting story. Interesting characters, too thick with sexual nuance, money, and social problems. It was a very decent story enjoyable. Although its ending happily ever after, but very skilled Austen's story led to very good quality.
For those who didn't particularly like the story thick with a very literary language, maybe a serial drama can be enjoyed as an alternative quality entertainment. Actor actress played by an attractive, natural setting was magnificent British described in the past, too bad to pass up.
In the beginning of 2008, the BBC reproduced the serial adaptation of this classic novel. Earlier in 1995, this popular television station has also produced the same series with veteran actors and actresses are Emma Thompson as Elinor, Hugh Grant as Edward Ferras, Kate Winslet as Marianne and Alan Rickman as Col.Brandon.
The production of 2008 was played by the newcomer actress Hattie Manohan (Elinor) and Charity Wakefield (Marianne). Edward Ferras played by the Dan Stevens, and Col. Brandon was no less captivating style of David Morrissey.

God created man with a higher degree than animals. But in this video show, I can't distinguish between humans and animals. If the measure of humanity is the physical form only, then what good is God gave the sense, the mind and a heart to feel? I've seen cows were slaughtered for the feast of Idul adha, but they're not intended to be tortured, but for the requirements of worship. It was also done with good intentions to give the poor a chance to enjoy of eating meat, even if only once a year. Indeed, I've seen a cow shed the tears when he would be slaughtered. At that time I didn't want to see them all, the cows and the butchers. I immediately went home and hoping the rain would be come down with a heavy and long, but until the nightfall there was no rain dripping from the sky. Since then I was not too keen on eating meat. But there's no one thing to be opposed to that situation, because we can't reject the nature of the creation of every living creatures. I was just thankful to God that I've been created as human, not as a cow. That was the best thing that never occurred to me before. If I were a cow, then of course I would be slaughtered someday. And die. Yes, everyliving creature would have died. When I watched this video showing at the first time, I could easily say that people in this show were barbaric and brutal men. I could say that they're so cruel. Why could I think so? Where did I have the appraisal if it never existed in me? I can say about everything if I can recognize it. Just like no leaves to be dry without known by the roots of trees. Then I was so fear with what I saw. I saw the behavior of those men was being recorded on videotape by a camera. A camera was used with the human eye functions. Someone saw the men doing these atrocities. Then I saw them all. Look with your eyes to see all the eyes in this show. Thus we'll get to know who we really are.
