Cisca Zarmansyah : If the UN has issued a number of victims of genocide, then it means that the UN recognizes that the government of Sudan has failed. It's time the UN to take over the area. The UN should have the responsibility to protect such rules issued in 2001. Sovereignty is now not only ownership of territory and population, but also obligations and responsibilities to the public. America and China can become stake holders, they have no interest to make the Sudan a failed state. But, if it has been declared a genocide, the UN should make the trustee sheet stating that the Sudan is a failed state, so that the sovereignty of re-possession. Trustee is usually given by American capital. Because of vested interests, the United Nations does not claim that Sudan has failed.
Adriaan Zef : Genocide in Darfur shows that the UN has not been able to prevent ethnic cleansing by the repressive military regime, because the pattern of conflict in Darfur is very complex. There are aspects of struggles over oil resources between the central and the separatists in Darfur, due to exploration results at the tap to the north coast. There is exploitation and injustice. In addition there are religious elements. And an equally important aspect is the role of the foreign investors, especially China in cooperation with the Sudanese government to fulfill its energy needs.
CieL- FreYa Ceastle : I think the ICC also has a weakness. The decision of it to set Bashir as a fugitive can't be imposed on sovereign nations. There should be greater collective pressure from major countries in the UN Security Council. But, the problem, the US itself deny the existence of ICC.

This makes US inconvenience, let alone the axis of evil in the strengthening of US allegations such as Iran, North Korea and Cuba. The things that just make US and its European allies became irate. Aggression is not an easy case, because it requires funding. Afghan and Iraqi issues are also increasingly have no end of completion. Present world not as beautiful as the image of God, that human beings are equal before God. The world is now faced with the class struggle that gave birth to a more pointed contradiction. Imperialism will dig its own grave!
Cisca Zarmansyah : Anyone who thinks humans will realize that imperialism will bring up violent resistance. Violent resistance will rise again imperialism harder. Imperialism is hard to get a response back from the fight against imperialism is even harder. This vicious circle must be broken and destroyed by people who have an awareness that the earth is narrow. Destroy the vicious circle by opposition to imperialism. Oppose the violence and terrorism. Pragmatic attitudes nation leaders during this happen must be changed. Transformation of awareness of humanism must be built on the narrow ends of the earth all this. Opposed to violence and terrorism are the opposing attitudes of hostility, murder, colonization, the war in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan and refused to provide support to state that clearly bring the war machine, killer to another country.
