Bushehr Scare: Iran nuke monster 'made in media'
Iran is starting up its first nuclear power plant, built by Russia, in the southern city of Bushehr.

Adriaan Zef : Iran still trying to reach its targets, despite having to deal with the arrogance of the world power.
CieL- FreYa Ceastle : Yes, and it confuses the enemies of Iran ...
Adriaan Zef : I thought it was just a political symbol. For Russia, this momentum is a symbol of good relations with Iran, which doesn't always run smoothly.
CieL- FreYa Ceastle : On last summer, when Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended the Conference of Shanghai, he was greeted by Dmitri Medvedev with familiar. He congratulated the election of Ahmadinejad as Iranian president officially, although the results of that election was disputed. That attitude sparked confusion, both in the international sphere as well as among the Iranian population. After the Friday prayers in Tehran, sounding phrases that have never heard before. "You die, Russia!" A lot of protesters were expressing anger, which the Tehran government was clearly seeking Moscow's support and got it.
Adriaan Zef : They help each other because both can take advantage of each other, right?
Moscow knows, during the dispute about Iran's nuclear program extended, President Obama is busy with that and less attention to Russia's political problems.
Valentino Vie : But, after 10 weeks longer an atomic reactor in Bushehr eventually operate, it's apparently not enough to recreate the Iranian-Russian partnership. So far, Moscow still refuses to supply an antidote to the rocket system S-300 to Iran. In fact, for Iran it's far more important than its first atomic reactor operation.
CieL- FreYa Ceastle : It's right. Especially in its history, Iran has swallowed the bitter experience of relations with Russia. Before the October Revolution, Russia annexed most of the area a few years Iran after the war. As long as Soviet power, through its henchmen, Russia played a major influence in domestic politics of Iran. Today many Iranians believe, it can be said that Russia plays Iran card in the world political stage. That's every reason to react strongly here.
Almira Izzati : Although there was pressure due to sanctions Western countries, we witnessed the greatest living symbol of Iran's peaceful nuclear program: http://www.globalsecurity.org/wmd/world/iran/bushehr.htm
Bushehr - Iran Nuclear Reactor

The nuclear facility at Brushehr was the focus of a considerable amount of controversy, especially in the United States. The reactor was being built under an agreement between the Russian and Iranian governments for $800-million.

USA says Israel can start war with Iran
Republicans in the House of Representatives have introduced a measure that would green-light an Israeli bombing campaign against Iran. The resolution, H.Res. 1553, provides explicit support for military strikes against Iran, stating that Congress supports Israel's use of "all means necessary" agains...

In an unprecedented development, close to 92,000 classified documents pertaining to the war in Afghanistan have been obtained. SPIEGEL, the New York Times and the Guardian have analyzed the raft of mostly classified documents. They expose the true scale of the Western military deployment -- and the problems beleaguering Germany's Bundeswehr in the Hindu Kush. They contain compelling new details about five aspects of the deployment, including that of German soliders like the one seen here near Kunduz.
Task Force 373: The Secret Hunters; The members of Task Force 373, a troop of US elite soldiers that includes Navy Seals and members of the Delta Force, among others, receive their orders directly from the Pentagon and are independent of the chain of command of the international ISAF Afghanistan security forces. Their mission is to deactivate top Taliban and terrorists by either killing or capturing them. With the leaking of the war logs on Sunday, however, their work is an open secret.
Germany Naivety: Growing Trouble in the North; The newly emerged documents do not contain any information suggesting that German troops were involved in any excesses of violence against the civilian population or in any illegal clandestine operations. Nevertheless, they convey an image of Germany's armed forces, the Bundeswehr, that is still devastating because they depict a German military that stumbled into the conflict with great naivity. Under current German Defense Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg (pictured here), they are now learning how close to civil war Afghanistan really is and how little Germany's armed forces, the Bundeswehr have achieved there.
The Flaws of the Silent Killer: When Drones Fail ; Indeed, the secret memos reveal the drawbacks of a weapon that has been lauded by the US military as a panacea, a view shared by the president. The unmanned assassin can fly for more than 20 hours and kill at lightning speed, but they are not always reliable.
The Secret Enemy in Pakistan: Problems with an Alleged Partner ; The documents appear to provide new evidence that Pakistan is both an ally to both the United States and its enemy -- the Taliban. Former Pakistani secret service chief Hamid Gul plays a prominent role in the documents.
Intelligence Agents Flooding in Data: The Shortcomings of US Intelligence ServicesAmerica's intelligence agencies are drowning in a sea of data. Fearful of repeating the intelligence mistakes that occurred prior to 9/11, analysts seem to be blindly reporting every single thing.

An Afghan prisoner captured after a US operation in Helmand province: The leaked documents indicate that US intelligence agents are constantly gathering statements from local informants, whose eagerness to please the Americans often surpasses their reliability.
After battle: The leaked documents show that America's intelligence agencies are drowning in a sea of data. Yet the most serious issues are too often overlooked: The protection of the Afghan civilians, the analysis of the political environment and the search for solution to this endless conflict.

Adriaan Zef : The secret documents also showed about NATO's concern that Pakistan and Iran have assisted the Taliban militia in Afghanistan. So far, Pakistan has denied accusations that its intelligence agency, the ISI, had helped the Taliban in war in Afghanistan. The Wikileaks document also mentioned that the Taliban have access for a heat-seeking missiles to shoot aircraft. Also, there was a secret unit of US army and navy special forces to carry out the mission of capturing or killing high-ranking rebels. Wikileaks also leaked about the many civilians who become victims of the NATO's mission which has made mistakes assault. Still, it wasn't reported.
