► Your interest in history is rekindled today -- maybe by an old object that has some special meaning to you, or maybe by a memory of something from your childhood. Follow it up all the way. Put your money where your mouth is today -- unless you've just realized that you don't have any cash on hand. Financial concerns pop up out of nowhere and demand your closest attention. Make sure you address these issues right away, or the next time they come knocking, they're not likely to let you know in quite as polite a fashion.
■ CS MONITOR 5 March 2014 : Are e-cigarettes a tobacco product? L.A. regulation called 'short-sighted.' (+video)
Strange. That's funny. Sickening. Why are they struggling because they will be saved from the dangers of smoking any kind of cigarette?
There is no term reduce the number of cigarettes. You must stop smoking if you want to be free of the deadly bad habit.
Use your common sense. You are the ruler of your body. You are the controller for every desire within yourself. Do not let yourself be enslaved by desires beyond your conscious control. Every time you start to want to smoke, hold the desire for at least 15 minutes. Look at your cigarette as you see your death. A death that comes to you for your own invitation. And what it's called your death will not mean anything if you do not care about it at all.
Leave your cigarettes and always put your consciousness within yourself every time you are faced with the damn thing.
(Kiss you, Eric. Mwah!)

I do not see their bodies with my own eyes, but people say they are short: Hirohito, Napoleon Bonaparte, Hitler and Benito Mussolini. Even though they're short, but they are known as the rulers. But then I do not know for sure who is linking their short bodies with short man syndrome.
Ehhehhee ... haaiya ... this topic brings my imagination to quantify: who is smarter between two handsome Mikhail of Russia: Mikhail Khodorkovsky or Mikhail Prokhorov?
Ahahhaa ... ... do not start your morning with your silly fantasy, Cisca! For example: to compare who is more sexy in between them, with one thing in common between them is they are the Russian billionaires with poorly maintained teeth. Try to find out whether this is due to groundwater conditions in Russia or due to their unhealthy personal lifestyle: cigarettes and alcoholic beverages, maybe?

Stop the kids! They were exploited by their parents. Ow, ow, ...dear children, have you ever taught to think critically and objectively?
Russia does not invade Ukraine, but the extremists in your country. Ask your parents, "Dad mom, what does it mean to depose the legitimate government with extreme way?"
Listen, dear : Russia loves Ukraine. Ye are brothers. Ukraine is not United States et al. Try to understand the roots of your culture, okay?
Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are derived from a common ancestor. Moreover, most of your region has become the control region of Poland, Lithuania, Crimea, Austria, Hungary, Germany, and of course Russia. So, until now, Ukraine, you are the Little Russia.
Do you know that Russia still wants you and Georgia to be part of the CIS, because according to Russia: the European Union and NATO still be a threat. We can see how the NATO was formed as a counter against the Warsaw Pact. Warsaw Pact was disbanded, but "Why is NATO still survive?"
The formation of CIS itself is part of Russia's geopolitical and geostrategic in maintaining the former states of Soviet Union to be bound together in Russia influence. These are the things that ultimately make Russia still wants the CIS to balance NATO in the world.
And you know what NATO is? Ehehhe... ask your teacher, but I assure you, it's not the kind of delicious and nutritious food. Maybe it is kind of teaser. NATO as if to 'weaken' the power of Russia with tempting Ukraine and Georgia to fall in the arms of the EU (European Union).
So, I hope you understand that the actions taken by Russia in the Crimea is a natural thing if we look at the historical side and the interests of Russia itself. Ukraine as part of Russia's home. So, is it reasonable if Russia will fix the worsening internal situation in Ukraine.
Media too cornering Russia: it is very true! It has become a common thing in this day and age when the media seems to have become a political tool and a vehicle for stakeholders. Negative propaganda made by the pro-Western and pro-U.S media proclaim Russia without even seeing what's been done by the U.S. (for example) in conflict countries. U.S. intervention in countries such as Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, etc. is the real thing that is never recognized by the U.S. government itself.
Especially when I see U.S. President Barack Obama on February 19, 2014 delivered a warning to the Ukraine government to be responsible for the bloody crackdown on the protesters. Obama said, "If 'someone' will overreact, then we will work with our allies in Europe and the international community to jointly demanding accountability, including the Ukrainian military in handling the demonstrators."
So, for me is a funny thing when Obama talks about human rights, but the U.S. government itself almost always takes part in war-torn countries.
That is why, I think it is necessary to study a problem through two perspectives. Although western media condemn the Russia "behavior" in military deployments in resolving conflicts in Ukraine at various print/online media, but we certainly have to look for some more information over the two sides.
Learn to read Russia with being Russian, okay? Do not be a damn America, okay? Ehehhe... Dahling, sorry, I do not mean to offend you. Mwah!

► HEALTH : WHO: Daily sugar intake 'should be halved'
Bitter is better for health. All of our food contains carbohydrates in a certain amount, and this is enough to be used as energy reserves in the form of glucose. We do not need to add sugar as artificial sweetener flavors in excessive amount. It is not good for our health. If we continue to consume large amounts of sugar, so do not be surprised if Diabetes awaits us. We could die from diabetes. See? Food can be a killer if we are careless in consuming it.
