This is a fine time to close out old projects, but not so much for starting on new ones. See if you can get your coworkers to ease up, as you should have a pretty full plate for the time being. It's been days since you've been in the mood to go out and socialize, and you're worried. Could this be a permanent thing for you? Nah. This, too, shall pass -- by late tonight, and that's a promise. At that point, the stars slip out of the comfy-cozy jammies they've been wearing in your house of secrets, and are ready, willing and able to make up for any lost time. So, as per usual, expect to be burning the candle at both ends as you party on down. Better?
Yes! They are paid to pray or clapping. It is part of the show, right? Yes, of course, and you should know I'm fed up with similar performances.

► ENTERTAINMENT : MORINGA OLEIFERA TREE documentary part 1. Moringa for Pregnant and Lactating Mother. Church World Service nutrition program in West Africa based in Dakar, Senegal and under Dr. Lowell J. Fuglie, has successfully used Moringa oleifera as a base to cure and prevent malnutrition in children, pregnant and lactating women. It is reported that usage of Moringa leaves brought improvement in malnourished children in just a few days.
It is known that good nutrition before pregnancy is important because of the amount of "resources" childbirth requires. The process of pre-pregnancy nutrition is a process of "building up" the immune system in preparation of pregnancy, and is known as being one of the major factors in determining the success rate of conceiving healthy children. Moringa products have been used to combat malnutrition, especially among infants and nursing mothers. Having a well balanced diet during pregnancy is extremely important, as the diet is going to be directly related to the health of the fetus.
Thus, Moringa supplementation is essential to get the right amounts of vitamins and minerals, as well as other nutrients. All the pregnant women today are more conscious about their health during gestation yet their nutritional intake becomes less as they are prone to cravings, sickness, and lack of energy, which makes preparing the right foods even harder. So the need for the extra nutrient is increasing which becomes more effective when the intake is in the form of natural supplement. Pregnant women need more iron to make more hemoglobin for all that additional blood. They also need extra iron for their growing baby and placenta.
A new born baby has only three demands and they are the warmth in the arms of the mother, food from her breast and security in the knowledge of her presence. Breast feeding satisfies all the three. Breast milk contains several anti-infective factors such as bile salt stimulated lipase, lactoferrin and immunoglobulin. Breast milk protects against microorganisms. Demonstrations prove that the IQ averaging 7 points higher if they are breastfed. Infants exclusively breastfed have less chance of developing diabetes mellitus type 1. Breastfeeding appears to reduce the risk of allergies, respiratory and intestinal infections.
The term given an herb or food that increases the flow or production of breast milk is galactogogue. Moringa act as galactogogues and increases the flow or production of breast milk. The use of Moringa by the mother would create the ultimate breast milk made even more nutritious by the vast array of vital nutrients naturally available to the mother. It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborns before they are able to eat and digest other foods. We all know instinctively that breast milk is the ultimate food prescribed by nature for the infant child and Moringa can be instrumental in helping mothers produce more of this precious food. To put it simply, if the mother is granted better health by ingesting Moringa ,all of her healthy benefits are passed on to the baby for a future of better health. The Moringa Leaves are incomparable source of the sulphur-containing amino acids methionine and cystine, which are often in short supply.
The natural constituents of Moringa leaves and fruit pods are nature's answer to helping mothers produce copious amounts of highly nutritious milk for their infants. It's very important for the newborn to get vital nutrients such as good fats (DHA and EPA) for brain development, immune system protectors, digestible protein, the amino acids argenine and histidine plus many others as soon as possible to start the process of total body development. Moringa leaf boosts your energy in a natural manner, and is a remarkable source of nutrition. This energy promotion does not happen because of sugar, so it is lasts for a long time. Mothers who took Moringa during pregnancy have experienced being able to produce milk much quicker after delivery verses those mothers who didn't. Published on Aug 5, 2012 by MiracleTrees

► Pablo Escobar: blood-thirsty drug lord or Colombia's Robin Hood? Colombian drug lord and elusive cocaine dealer, Escobar left a deep impression on his local community: a scar for some, but a blessing for others, he is remembered for his violent drug wars as well as his generosity with the poor.
Pablo Escobar was born on 1 December 1949 in Bogota, Columbia, a city rich with natural resources but full of political unrest. At the time, Bogota was very badly hit by the crisis in which the murder took place almost every day in the street. The bloody turmoil was called La Violencia. The roads were filled by criminals and murderers who left their signature after brutally killing their victims. Among them were piercing the victim's neck and pulling down the victim's tongue making it like a tie, piercing the victims wound from the stomach to the head, and cut the genital of male victims and clogged it in the victim's mouth.
During his childhood Pablo faced with death threats by ruthless criminals without anyone thought when adults Pablo Escabor would be the most ruthless criminals, far more cruel than other criminals who lived before and built the world's largest business empires in the Medellin, Columbia . Moreover, Pablo was born in a happy family and a mother, who was also a loving educator .
Pablo involvement in crime began at age 15 years old when he already became a skilled car thief . The stolen car parts were cut and sold. Those who dare to stop him from stealing the cars would be killed. Then his business expanded to offer protection to car owners, so that it won't be stolen. So Pablo received bribes from the stolen and unstolen cars. During adolescence, Pablo killed his victim with his own hands but when his organization growed, the task of killing was detailed to his bouncers.
Pablo also had a tremendous advantage that put him on a par with the ruthless outlaw in the U.S. like Al Capone and Bonnie & Clyde. He always was in a very calm and relaxed while at the moment of panic and danger. He never robbed a bank alone, and when the bank clerk to put money in the pouch he had talked and joked with the clerk.
Another interesting feature available on Pablo Escobar was his love of cleanliness, especially the bathroom and toilet. Weird. But that is the reality. He loved the clean bathroom. All of his lodging were equipped with spacious bathrooms, clean and had a uniform facility. Even every time Pablo turned his hideout location when hunted, he would ensure the toiletries provided were new, clean and orderly. Police and soldiers hunting him would know whether Pablo hiding there to check the condition of the restrooms. If clean and has full facilities, sure he was there.
Although living reckless, Pablo ensured the happiness of his family by providing luxury and comfort to his wife and two sons. He was also quite taboo when his family received bad treatment from others. At one point, his wife and his little son were arrested by the police on the orders of General Franklin, and when arrested, his child request to get a bottle of milk rejected. General Franklin hunted and killed when his wife and son had been released.
A day before Pablo was killed, he also wrote a letter to the government of Columbia, condemned and criticized them for his wife and children's demand to live in other countries rejected.
Because his cunning and people support, the Columbia government -- assisted by a team of U.S. intelligence -- failed in every attempt to capture him despite having intelligence equipment including interceptor phone conversations and advanced helicopter. Americans considered Pablo as their enemy because almost all drugs exported by Pablo brought to America. Then they changed their tactics to kill his powerful people one by one. However, their actions got revenge from Pablo. For every one of Pablo killed, they would retaliate by killing 2 or 3 policemen. Hundreds of Columbia's policemen were killed in the bloody hunting.
The prosecutors, politicians, police chiefs, lawyers and judges had all been tried "to be purchased" by Pablo to favor him, and if they refused, Pablo would send "his executioner" to remove them. Pablo Escobar became Public Enemy No.1 after he blew up a commercial plane carrying 110 passengers in an attempt to kill the future president of Columbia, Cesar Gaviria. All the 110 passengers died and Pablo Escobar immediately heralded as the most wanted criminals in the world. Gaviria was safe because he was not in the plane and then he was appointed as President.
Pablo began to feel threatened when a group of 'vigilante' which consisted of a group of people who hated Pablo quietly but they dared to kill Pablo's men. This group called themselves Los Pepes and every victim who was assassinated given the signature Los Pepes. Members of the Los Pepes consisted of groups of people who were depressed, his former friends who felt betrayed and former police and military. As a result, the number of his people became less and less and it helped the hunters -- called the Search Bloc team -- to get him. Pablo's hunting motif was simple, ie Shoot to Kill.
Pablo Escobar was shot repeatedly while he rushed towards the police and the military while he shouted cursing the police. He was shot in the legs, arms, shoulders and the last shot in his head. When Pablo Escobar was finally killed, the efforts to combat and detect him had spent hundreds of million dollars, and the U.S. and Colombia was embarrassed for failing to track him for many years. As difficult to detect, the Search Bloc that killed Pablo Escobar cut their mustache made Pablo's face like Hitler after succeeding in killing him.
Unlike the other criminals -- besides he was also feared -- Pablo was a revered criminal, protected and loved by the people. His wealth obtained was used to win the middle class. He developed the stores, built the nightclubs, provided jobs and built the soccer field for people. At his funeral, there was a large scale rebellion occurred, and people flocked to touch his coffin.
At the height of his fortune, Pablo ranked as the 7th richest man in the world by Forbes magazine with his private property included real estate, homes, shops, airports, number of Boeing aircraft, private aircraft and trained army consisting of former agents and killer from Britain and Israel. At this time his cocaine export business including 80% of the cocaine exported worldwide. Even after 15 years of Pablo Escobar died, his grave was visited and it attracted many tourists who visited Medellin in Columbia.

■ Putin stokes controversy with news agency shake-up
Moscow (AFP) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday unleashed a wave of controversy by dissolving the renowned state news agency RIA Novosti and naming a news anchorman notorious for his anti-gay views to head a revamped media group.
Putin signed a decree dissolving Russia's biggest news agency, ordering the creation in its place of a new media conglomerate.
The new company Rossiya Segodnya (Russia Today) will focus on "coverage abroad of Russian state policy and public life", the document published on the Kremlin website said.
It explained the measure to create the vast holding with multilingual services as a way of "raising efficiency of state media resources".
The move appears as a push by the Kremlin to consolidate state media resources at a time of increasing online criticism of Putin's 13 years of rule, and to take a pro-active approach in shaping Russia's image abroad.
Sergei Ivanov, Putin's chief of staff, said the move will not only make state-owned media use budget funds "more rationally" but also transmit the Kremlin's political message abroad more effectively.
"Russia is following its own policy, firmly defending national interests, this is difficult to explain to the world but one can and must do it," he told Russian agencies.
Putin named Dmitry Kiselyov, a controversial figure often accused of being a propaganda mouthpiece and known for openly anti-gay, anti-American, and anti-opposition views, as the head of Russia Today.
"When this news first appeared, everyone thought it was a joke," Russian protest leader and widely-followed blogger Alexei Navalny wrote on his Live Journal page. "But no."
Kiselyov is the deputy head of Russia's state-run federal television company but is best known to the public for the weekly news round-up show on the Rossiya channel that he presents every Sunday which is marked by venomous attacks on the opposition.
The round-faced anchor, who appears on a plethora of TV shows and radio programmes, is most famous for saying in a talk show once that gays should be banned from donating blood, and their hearts, in case of a deadly car accident, "buried or burned as unfit for continuing somebody else's life".
Once he said that Navalny's campaign for the post of Moscow mayor in September was similar to that of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler in Germany.
His coverage of recent popular pro-Europe protests in Kiev has also enraged Ukrainians. On Sunday evening, a protester disrupted a Rossiya reporter doing a live broadcast by presenting Kiselyov with a mock Oscar trophy "for the nonsense and lies".
Kiselyov said Monday on the Rossiya 24 channel that his mission will be "reestablishing fair attitudes toward Russia as an important world country with good intentions".
RIA Novosti has in recent years expanded rapidly, adding a sports wire and an economy wire to its services. The news apparently came as a shock to its staff with one employee, who asked not to be named, saying they found out from the Kremlin's website.
No explanation was issued to the staff, with an internal email merely warning that a "liquidation committee" will be formed and asking that everyone "remains calm".
The agency is one of the biggest in the world and is also an official sponsor of the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi next February.
Its court wire RAPSI was known for its detailed live reporting from Russia's most high-profile trials, such as ones against Navalny, the punk band Pussy Riot, and the attackers of the Bolshoi ballet's artistic director.

Yes! I agree completely. I do not like same-sex marriage, but as long as I and the important people in my life are not involved in the marriage, then I choose apathy in terms of all the crap about GLBT. They accuse those who hate same-sex marriage as inhuman. Blah! Then I saw my neighbor's cat was also gay. Oh my god! Gay has swept all living beings, humans and animals. I have never been a champion. That's a fact. Among the debaters, I think they who had been champions and played at the end only a small number of us. So, I (and probably you, too) belong to the majority group who never had luck in debates.
I always say the victory is important, but more important in the arena of debate is personal and intellectual development. Although our name was never etched as the winner, at least we've made a name as a bright individual and agile in thought.
For that reason, the debate arena is rarely boring me. Because here I meet and mingle with people who often have ideas outside of the norm, which are not afraid to speak against the usual norms, which often also have interesting personalities to be recognized and to become life-long friends. Perhaps, people outside the cocoon of the debate say this is biased, but I prefer to see this, and I want to continue to believe in my own opinion.
So, I love to chat and interact with humans with label "the debater". Their knowledge and thoughts always give enlightenment to my intellectual. People say, the debaters must have the skills to see things from different perspectives, and this is a fact. We always look at things from a different perspective.
But, since retiring from the debate and see the debaters in the present there is a fear in my soul. I see their tendency to take the safe route. Analogy, approach, conceptualization and facts is often a legacy of the past debater. As a result the debate becomes very tedious and boring. Rarely do I see a group or debater who take risks in the debate. All want it to be easy, quick and win! In this case, I'm confused with their identity. Debaters should have the desire to challenge the norm, analyze and present the items with attractive style. Simply, it rarely happens now. Is this a wrong system or debate is just an arena to win without trying to give enlightenment to the viewer? Or maybe I (and a few old friends) when we argue, we leave a bad example, and legacy of "dominate the debate" becomes latent in the minds of the present generation?
I do not know what went wrong. The debate is to seek the truth, not a platform for the exchange of ignorance. It is necessary to carefully thought out by the debaters, that the debate is a method of lightening the mind and thought, not a place to wreak the deception and cunning strategy.
The debat's integrity is also needed to be kept. Facts and even philosophical conceptualization (and also science debate) should be done with the main aim to cultivate an enlightened mind. Struggle to raise the debate as an arena of intellectual thought should be given a serious attention, so that this arena is not seen only as an arena of 'shock-it-yourself'. Empty talk.
So, I hope that the debate's integrity of this handsome bald is able to reflect the integrity of the debaters and the debate itself. So, this arena will continue to grow our intellect, not only as a platform to spread "his personal charm". (Ahem!)

(Ahem!)
