ONLINE TODAY
► 1 March 2015 : Taking a few moments before you react to an emotional situation could prevent you from landing in a heap of trouble as you go about your activities today. Trying something new just because you're bored with your current circumstances isn't necessarily in your best interest. Your impulsive attraction to the unknown builds throughout the day, so it's best to remind yourself of what you have instead of coveting what you don't. Counting your blessings may be enough to elevate your perspective.
Lord of the Rings: Arwen and Aragorn's romance nearly didn't happen
► 2 March 2015 : You're inspired by your own creativity today, and quite pleased that your projects appear to be moving along on schedule. You know that the tide has shifted and things are flowing your way now. Although the present moment is always the best time to learn a lesson about life, it's currently more important to seize the day and have some fun. The truth is your best work is done when you are happy.
► 3 March 2015 : A burst of creative energy sweeps you up and carries you away. It's all good fun, and you should find that you end up somewhere weird and cool and awesome. Get busy and make something beautiful! Although you have an abundance of innovative ideas today, you could squander your gift of ingenuity if you aren't careful. However, you might not know exactly what to do with your excess physical and spiritual energy. Wasting your time on something unimportant can be draining, but, fortunately, you won't likely be distracted for too long. You are at the peak of your creative cycle now, so go ahead and jump into every experience with the intent to maximize the opportunities that come knocking at your door.
► 4 March 2015 : A child plays an important role in the day's affairs. Make sure that you're paying careful attention to whatever the little ones are saying -- at least one of them has a message for you. Your passions are aroused today and you are anxious to tell the world what you want. Expressing your feelings in an acceptable manner can lead to a memorable outcome as romantic Venus joins unpredictable Uranus in your spontaneous sign. Although your social life is on the upswing, you still might have to deal with an emotional undercurrent that won't magically disappear on its own. Nevertheless, be adventurous now, live outside the constraints of negativity and open your heart!
► 5 March 2015 : You can't figure out why you feel anxious today, so you might as well stop trying. It's as if the prescription lenses on your glasses keep changing, making it impossible to trust your vision. Although you may think you know exactly what is going on, the facts don't add up correctly. Forget about comprehending the big picture now that the Virgo Full Moon lands in your 6th House of Details. Rather than knowing a little bit about everything, you are better off understanding a lot about the specific work at hand.
► 6 March 2015 : There's no reason to waste words rationalizing your actions now, since it appears the more you share your thoughts, the less clear others become. It isn't that you're on a wrong track; it's just that you can't explain yourself very well today. Channel your copious energy into your work because it's critical that you live up to your commitments without further excuses. Promise less and then surprise others by delivering more.
► 7 March 2015 : An urgent issue continues to overshadow your day, and you may feel as if you can't put off addressing it any longer. But be careful about taking the quick and easy way out; whatever you do, don't stop short of making your point. The Moon's current visit to your 7th House of Companions tempts you to hold your tongue for the sake of someone else's feelings. There's no need to push too hard for immediate resolution today but make sure that you share whatever you need to say as clearly as possible. Telling the truth is an act of kindness.
► 8 March 2015 : You need to reach out to your best friend or closest coworkers today -- going it alone is a sure recipe for disaster. You may wish you could be a hermit today, but previous obligations to others might stand in your way. You don't mind being in the company of someone you admire, but you're not interested in playing a supporting role in anyone else's drama now. Even if you are socially oriented by nature, it's healthier to get back in touch with your own needs than to be distracted by trying to meet another person's expectations. Spending some quality time alone enables you to cultivate deeper connections later on.
► 9 March 2015 : You may wish you could be a hermit today, but previous obligations to others might stand in your way. You can't help but say yes to a special invitation today, even if you think you should be more practical. You get along famously with others while your key planet Mars is harmonizing with joyful Jupiter. Nevertheless, don't take the easiest path just because you can; putting in a little extra effort could turn a wonderful opportunity into the most extraordinary one ever. The more fun you have, the more progress you make toward reaching your goals. Go for the gold and give it your absolute best.
► 10 March 2015 : Things are getting pretty heavy today -- so make sure that you're ready to handle it all! Very little can be avoided on a day like today, but that means that the future should be much simpler. You have set your agenda in stone and won't be easily distracted from your goals today. Your unrelenting drive might seem obsessive to your peers; however, you should still be able to present a more lighthearted demeanor, even if you're secretly freaking out. Although your unwavering determination is a powerful asset, it's still wise to know when to call it a day. Thankfully, time isn't running out as fast as you think now, so take a moment to acknowledge how much progress you have already made.
► 11 March 2015 : Although everyone may appear to be going nuts, you feel as sane as ever. Then again, you may not be the best judge of reality now that your key planet Mars connects with crazy Uranus and passionate Pluto. You might not even realize that you're driving against the flow of traffic because you believe you possess super powers today -- and maybe you do. Nevertheless, it's not wise to assume you can magically escape the laws of the physical universe. Follow the rules by choice, not because it's required. If anyone can create order out of chaos, it's you.
► 12 March 2015 : You need to exercise your mind today -- a little independent thinking is sure to shake things up for the better! You may find that someone at work or school shares your new mindset. It's in your best interest to cool off your overheated emotions, but common sense is hard to come by today. You may be cruising for a fight -- but not necessarily a physical encounter. You just need an outlet for your anger if circumstances aren't going your way. Unfortunately, there is no obvious target for your aggression. Nevertheless, don't bury your negativity; just keep in mind that you don't have to act unconsciously on fears. Thankfully, expanding your awareness increases your options.
► 13 March 2015 : Defending your ideas against someone with a different agenda than yours can turn into more of a debacle than you want. You just want to hold your ground, but could end up angering someone in the process. However, the emotional outburst may not be as intense as it appears at first. If you feel like you are being pushed to a breaking point, stop arguing and change your mindset instead. Thankfully, once you reclaim your center you won't need to fight for the approval of anyone else. Striving for self-sufficiency is what you Rams do best.
► 14 March 2015 : Although you have come to the conclusion that practicing patience is your smartest strategy now, you still might feel as if you're jumping out of your skin. You're enthusiastic about the future, yet you can't decide know whether to laugh joyfully at the possibilities or scream out of frustration at the delays. Your coworkers might be concerned about your erratic behavior, but their worries will likely turn into respect as you pick up steam over the next several weeks. Have faith; your time will come.
► 15 March 2015 : You see an opportunity and you jump all over it -- things are almost sure to get better once you do. You should be able to get yourself back into action without any trouble at all. Become a nun? How does it feel? Why do women become nuns? Remember this nun? I support empowerment of women, but if women only isolate themselves and concern themselves with merely pray and pray, ah..., this is not in accordance with the role of women in the context of building a better human life. They can be doctors, lawyers, politicians, teachers, social workers, entrepreneurs, journalists, reporters, president, ministers and so on. (Do not be the boxers, wrestlers, butchers, front-line soldiers, and other similar professions, also prostitutes: please do not be!)
Many hands out there need helping hands from the strong and intelligent women, though I do not agree if in an attempt to equalize their rights, then women become like men in all things, because to me, equality is not uniformity. (So, for just pushing my partner's car when his car broke down, I could do it, but for buying me a new car, well, it's purely his duty. Then I can simply say, "Thank you, dahling. Later we will have more babies, okay?" ... Ehehehhe...)

A total of 47 Republican senators sent an open letter to Iran on Monday (March 9, 2015). In the letter, they warned Iran's leaders that the agreement with President Barack Obama would only last as long as he served. In their open letter, senators said Congress played a role in ratifying international treaties. According to them, deal which was not approved by Congress would only be an executive agreement that could be revoked. This unusual intervention participants was assessed could damage the international negotiations with Tehran.
White House said the letter was just a participant attempt to undermine Obama's foreign policy. Obama's focus now is to see if negotiators can get a deal or not. "I think it's rather ironic to see some members of Congress made the problem with Iran's hardliners. This is an unusual coalition," Obama told reporters.
Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif regarded the letter as propaganda tactics of the group that -- according to him -- afraid of diplomatic agreements. He denounced the Republican senators statement in the letter. According to Zarif, if the next government revoked the agreement, then it was a violation of international law.
But what is stated in the letter seems to be facing problems in the future. Because Republicans still need the support of Democrats to pass legislation. This open letter first reported by Bloomberg, in the Republican's latest attempt to influence the negotiations with Iran. Many senators worried about Obama so excited with this agreement, and feared it would make Iran gain broad access to nuclear weapons.
Last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in Congress, Obama negotiated a bad deal. It was expressed as Republic invited Netanyahu to talk about Iran without consulting with the White House.
So far the countries of the world powers and Tehran is trying to reach a framework agreement this month. They hope to reach a final agreement in June, to curb Iran's nuclear program in exchange for a reduction in penalties.
The letter was spearheaded by Sen. Tom Cotton calling for regime change in Iran. Signatories including almost all Republican Senator and likely to be Presidential candidates Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul.
Cotton's spokesman said his party has invited several people from the Democrats to take sign. But nobody wanted to do it.
The letter addressed to the 'Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran'. But not all Republican senators united. One of them is Bob Corker from Tennessee, chairman of Foreign Relations Committee.
Iran's nuclear negotiations will resume next week in Switzerland. Officials say, the various parties have been talking about measures related to the freezing of Iran's uranium enrichment program for at least a decade. The agreement will be in line with the reduction of sanctions. So far, Iran says its nuclear program is solely for peaceful energy and medical research purposes. The deadline for the whole agreement is in July.

► FILM & ANIMATION : Disney's Frozen Fever Trailer. On March 13, it's the perfect day for a new Frozen treat. Watch the new trailer for Frozen Fever only in theatres with Cinderella! The story of "Cinderella" follows the fortunes of young Ella (Lily James) whose merchant father remarries following the death of her mother. Eager to support her loving father, Ella welcomes her new stepmother (Cate Blanchett) and her daughters Anastasia (Holliday Grainger) and Drisella (Sophie McShera) into the family home. But, when Ella's father unexpectedly passes away, she finds herself at the mercy of a jealous and cruel new family. Finally relegated to nothing more than a servant girl covered in ashes, and spitefully renamed Cinderella, Ella could easily begin to lose hope. Yet, despite the cruelty inflicted upon her, Ella is determined to honor her mother's dying words and to "have courage and be kind." She will not give in to despair nor despise those who mistreat her. And then there is the dashing stranger she meets in the woods. Unaware that he is really a prince, not merely an apprentice at the Palace, Ella finally feels she has met a kindred soul. It appears her fortunes may be about to change when the Palace sends out an open invitation for all maidens to attend a ball, raising Ella's hopes of once again encountering the charming Kit (Richard Madden). Alas, her stepmother forbids her to attend and callously rips apart her dress. But, as in all good fairy tales, help is at hand, and a kindly beggar woman (Helena Bonham-Carter) steps forward and -- armed with a pumpkin and a few mice -- changes Cinderella's life forever. If not found, then try to find in the garage? Haa, I know! I know! They are having fun with their fantasies: Putin is dead. Why? Because they are anti-Putin. Ops! Wrong. Actually, this media concerns caused by one thing: They miss Putin. Thye love Putin. They are very concerned with all his activities. They like to make news speculation about him. If putin will die, it's not a rumor but his destiny. If Putin will get married, it is his right, because he is also only human, he also needs a friend in life. If there is a problem of his health, I will pray for healing. But actually I do not like the news about him and his girlfriend. Every time you defecate, I have taught you sit on the toilet, and now you have become accustomed to follow my teachings. You are smart as smart as my cat.
But in my childhood, until now I still remember, at that time I even brought my food plate, sat on the toilet while feeding my mouth, chasing my time to go to school. That morning I woke up late and breakfast had to be eaten. It was one of many of my mother's rules. My mother was very disciplined in terms of food and time to eat.
When she called me even I still answered her with my mouth filled with food. She opened the bathroom door and found me in such a pose: Sitting, while defecating and eating.
Now I forget her expression at that time. Vaguely in my memory ... it looks like, she wants to scold me, but she just shut up and takes my plate from my hand.

► Security experts shape Russian strategy to counter color revolutions - report
It is important to not let the "color revolutions" and ethnic conflicts occur in Russia, because both of these can be used as "tools" to fuel extremism. Although until now there is no threat of "color revolutions" in Russia, but Russia still needs to investigate and prevent the emergence of inter-ethnic conflict. In this modern era, extremism is used as a tool of geopolitics and expansion of the certain parties influence.
After becoming empire for many years, now in Russia there is a transformation process of complicated administration becomes a multiethnic national government. To maintain the Russia unity that has more than one hundred kinds of ethnic, in places that are still living in "their own traditional ethnic box", of course it's not an easy task for the government. The task will also be heavier if there are social and economic difficulties, and it could be the reason for the emergence of a popular uprising.
This leads to the assumption that the policy to suppress opposition forces and all dissent in Russia will continue to be run by the authorities now. Currently there is no opposition force which is able to voice objective criticism to authorities in Russia. Important task for the development of Russian politics in the future is to create the conditions to form a national government that is not based on opposition rulers lines, but based on the government-opposition lines. Supposedly, the current opposition is the government in the future, and vice versa.
I tend not to exaggerate the issue of "extremism and color revolutions" to Russia. But I think the current state authorities must continue to investigate and react quickly and appropriately to the potential of emerging threats.
Actually, the revolution is to fight for changes in the structure of society, while the "color revolution" aimed to change the state authorities, not a lifestyle.
Create a strong communication with people, especially with young generation, because the elements of extremism and "color revolution" technology take advantage of the lack of real communication between the government and the people to build acts of extremism. The most vulnerable segments of society to the influence of extremism is young generation. Therefore, it is important for the government to more actively interact with them, to find actual new communication channel, and show its presence in public life.

Hello cyclists, please wear helmets for the sake of your safety, okay?
All this effort is not to prevent you from your death (if you want to die by pretending to cycling), but at least to minimize your risk of head injury if you fall of your bike. If you have used your helmet properly and then you're hit by a car until you die, well, what can I say, it is your destiny. And people still cycling though without you. And if you're already dead, you can not go cycling everywhere, ... even if you want it, ... even if only briefly and in a short distance, .. oooh, I have in-depth story about a bike, but I'm not willing to write it here. (This is my head, where my brain is in it. My brain is essential. We are said to have been in a state of death if we are experiencing brain stem death, not the heart. Keep it in mind!)
So, use your helmet every time cycling, okay? I joke with my partner to always use a helmet wherever we go: even when walking, or driving any kind of vehicle.
