► It's time to do some reading between the lines. A friend who's an expert at this can help you detect the signs, and then it's time to figure out how, exactly, you're going to handle this potentially sticky situation. Your conservative, practical side may be in denial that there's something funny going on, but on a more intuitive level, it's hard to refute. Something new pops up on your radar and forces you to take notice. You may find that you're in the middle of a new adventure before you even realize what led up to this exciting moment! Testy? Cranky? Who, you? Just because the planet in charge of your sign just so happens to be Mars, the ancient god of war? No way. It's not that you're irritable. It's just that 'the opponents' -- those of us who happen to inhabit the extra space in your world -- are just so darned uncooperative. Don't take any guff from these intruders. Put 'em right in their place.
► Forbes Thought Of The Day
■ "Abilities wither under faultfinding, blossom under encouragement." — Donald A. Laird
■ "Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th." — J. Andrews
■ Let Yourself Go (1940). The narrator of this film tells us "the hurry and scurry of modern life is getting a lot of us down." We are then taken into the office of the amazing Dr. Donald A. Laird (director of the Colgate University Psychology Laboratories) who looks like Svengali and, as it turns out, would have made a good concentration camp doctor. With his piercing eyes, his quack medical devices (such as the "tensionometer") and his Sphinxlike female lab assistant, Dr. Laird performs a number of novel "experiments" on hapless humans to demonstrate his theories of tension. His concluding advice? "Value the ability to make your mind a blank."
This film ends with a visit to the "House of Ideas" in Rockefeller Center, where "even the height of the steps has been scientifically determined." A chock-full-of-fun film. Producer: Handy (Jam) Organization. Sponsor: Chevrolet Division, General Motors Corporation. Uploaded on Oct 14, 2010 by shaggylocks

■ YALEGLOBAL : Powerful Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines, leaving perhaps 10,000 dead and a path of devastation. Like it or not, post-typhoon disaster relief for the Philippines involves both good-faith compassion and strategic calculations in an ongoing battle for influence, explains Rory Medcalf writing for the Interpreter, published by the Lowy Institute for International Policy in Australia. Australia is giving $10 million for relief, and the US Pacific Command has dispatched an aircraft carrier and forces. Rapid response after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami by the US, Japan, India and Australia had "real geopolitical effects" and "advanced military cooperation, trust and dialogue among those four powers," Medcalf explains. China's military has developed since 2004 and could step up aid, too: "What Beijing does next will be an important sign of how sensible, capable and magnanimous a power Xi Jinping's China is going to be when it comes to regional diplomacy." Medcalf suggests the next few weeks will be a test for China, Asean and others to demonstrate cooperation and leadership on disaster relief – and perhaps on looming global challenges like climate change. – YaleGlobal
■ LOWYINTERPRETER 11 November 2013 : Typhoon Haiyan and the geopolitics of disaster relief
Based on the facts, there is no human power that can stymie a disaster to happen, if a disaster have to happen.
Scientists can find advancement into space and exploring other planets(which are still mysterious) with all the knick-knacks of outer space, but they can't prevent a real disaster to occur on earth. Not at all.
So, if occasionally I'm not too interested in what was done by NASA, I have a good reason. NASA can't prevent natural disasters that will occur on earth. NASA can not wipe the tears of the victims of natural disasters on earth, even scientists can only cry if they become the victims of natural disasters on earth.
If we still have religious feelings, then when, or even after a natural disaster destroy all life that we have, we will cry in prayer and pray in cry.
Is there anything better than two in one like that? Crying & Praying.
Thus, natural disasters can also be a religious teacher, and this is a proof: no atheists forever. (Maybe you become an atheist when your stomachs are full and your hearts are happy. I do not mind to consider Atheism is just a trend or just a temporary lifestyle, because I want to know what you feel when you are in enormous fear over the Earth's threat, and the threat manifests in many natural disasters. What will you do? What will you feel and do in the moments when you see there is no longer a place for you to save yourself from disaster, hm?)
And if we do not become the victims of a natural disaster on this day, then we should donate aid to those who become the victim on this day, because if tomorrow we will be the victims of natural disasters, then they will also help us. And our life will be balanced by helping each other between us.

What the heck? What regulation? Regulation for sick and die because of cigarette smoke? Ah, they are too much talking nonsense. Shut up and enforce a ban on smoking! Even when necessary, the ban should also be accompanied by criminal sanctions, because smoking in public places is a violation of human rights. We also have the right to breathe the fresh air, stupid! You want to die faster due to cigarette smoke, it's your choice, it's not a problem for us. It's even better, because we actually compete live on this earth. If you, the smoker to die as much as possible, it will be good for us, because the place on this earth will be broader and more saving thefood supplies.
But your silliness is, with smoking in public, you make us also die from exposure to your tobacco smoke. Damn you!

You see that? Of the many options, the Earth still has many interesting places to be visited.
So, without downplay the significance of space exploration, all kinds of space missions conducted by scientists only to show some technological advances on Earth to venture beyond the Earth, but I guess we are not really willing to become inhabitants of another planet, right?
Can we the women wearing bikinis on Mars, for example? eehehhehe... so do not go sightseeing to places where you even need an oxygen tank to breathe, especially if we can't reach an orgasm after sex in space ... ouch ... do not let it happen.
Ah, much better ... we live on earth, and keeping the earth as our most expensive home. So, do not damage the environment of our homes with your crazy behavior. And you know exactly what I mean by crazy behavior, including your bad habit to smoke and make this earth so highly polluting by fumes, your cigarette smoke, your cigarette smoke, ..turn off your smoke, stupid! damn you, ... industrial waste, garbage, dust and respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, ... gosh, actually I'm so fed up with this situation. , ... but is there any other better planet and livable as on earth?

Mmm.... it's a great idea for a true story, Cisca! At least you can start a sentence to the idea of a fictional story, for example: you adopt a Philippines baby this year, then 20 -30 years later -- after your baby boy has become a man -- he falls in love with his adopted sister ... maybe?
