■ 19 October 2013 : Assassination pushes Libya towards civil war two years after Gaddafi death
EU scenario is starting to arm the Libyan government which is now on the brink of destruction and division, and it is none other than the scenario which also applies to Somalia. In January this year, after the Italian government sold 20 boats to carry the armed personnel into Libya, the French government also sold 50 patrol boats to this country. Then, in another step in April 2013, a British warship entered the Libyan waters.
In essence, it can be said that the government, structures of power and force in Libya are currently the formal institutions. Domination of the state is essentially the perfect compound of the groups that are divided into mazhabi, ethnic and minorities.
Libya's new government with the Western military efforts, does not have the ability to defend this nation from the divisions. In essence, Libya is now under the rule of 45 trained and fully armed volunteers who are only willing to give their reports to Al-Qaeda. The West named them as military militia where the Libyan revolutionaries hiding in them. Ideology of these people are just strong ambition for power and distribution of oil resources. In essence, they have evolved into a society that is exactly militancy and unrest seekers, exactly as potential terrorists in North Africa, and this is things that can increase the likelihood of destruction of Libya's independent rule.
The simple form of the condition Libya today is like this, in Benghazi which is oil-rich region, the local statesmen did their act independently and authority, while the town of Bani Walid was under the control of Gaddafi supporters. From the other side, industrial area of Misrata trying to gain independence, and ethnicity in the western region of Tripoli also take a neutral political stance. Globally it can be said that there are "small super power teams" with volunteers who are fully armed in every region Libya.
Libya's current condition is similar to the recent events that occurred in Somalia. At that time, there had been a civil war between the regime of dictator Mohamed Siad Barre with his opponents which started from 1988. Not long after, the revolution turned into an ethnic war that continuously ongoing. Hence, in this scenario, Libya will turn into a second Somalia.
Perhaps the main problem in Libya is the absence of a central authority, with argument because the ethnic groups and political in Libya all seek their own interests in this country. In these circumstances, the options that can help Libya to overcome this problem is the emergence of another dictator to fill the position of Gaddafi.
Under current conditions, to talk about democracy in Libya is not at all in the right place and time, because the level of social-economic progress of the country is equal to the rate of progress during the breakdown of feudal in European medieval period. Change in Libya as a united country can only be accepted in theory, whereas in practice, scenario applied in Libya becomes a witness to the continuing ethnic war in this country.
Another option to resolve the Libya issue --- in accordance with the wishes of the West --- is sending the occupation forces to this country, a scenario that will never give a clear and precise result.
Taking into account all existing conditions, unfortunately, then there are only two assumptions about your future, Libya! You turn into a dictatorial state or you apply the Somalia scenario in your country.

Shh, why are you suddenly so bitchy, Cisca? Both of these options not only will not save Libya, even the state revolution that ousted Gaddafi will be wasted, vanished, flying with the desert dust over Gaddafi's grave, and I feel the dust does not greet the other dust there. Just went away with the wind of democracy which has failed to blow a coolness for heat revolution in Libya. Wow, say something, please? At least, Goodbye, maybe?
