► It's too easy to let ambiguity slide today, so make sure that you're making yourself as clear as can be. Ask folks to repeat back to you what you just said if it's really important. Pay attention to all subtle signals today, especially if they seem to be arriving in little groups. The universe is trying to make a point -- to direct your attention to the center ring, where your prize is waiting. Don't be distracted by anything less than a natural disaster and certainly not by petty work-related matters. You're oozing luck from every pore. Be sure to take advantage of it. It's what you're supposed to do.

Crying? Oh. Cool. Crying? Oh. What makes him cry? Wow. I do not quite understand what makes him cry, but it seems this is not about the possibility of Bo and Sunny will give birth to a baby monkey. Or he was sad because his feelings were defeated by a sense of humanity and eventually he canceled a military intervention into Syria, may be?
Why he does not make a big action in American history by proving that America under the leadership of a black president is more able to bring white peace in this world?
President Bush was a former president of the American; white; and he liked war. America went bankrupt because of him.
Obama is the current president of United States; black and anti-war. Under his leadership, the U.S. can be revived from moral bankruptcy and capital. Why not? Thus, he is picking up the image of a high humanitarian from under his black skin, because actually our humanity is not determined by our skin's color.

What the heck is this? The results of the UN investigation mission is not clear, yet, but why are almost all the news lately so inclined to provoke the situation? Does media deliberately form a wrong opinion to the public?
We can see all of this is just full diplomatic intrigue. Unknowingly they are directed to mutual slander and accuse each other of the warring parties. And this uncertainty is too real to be seen, that all of this is conditioned by damn mastermind who is smiling cunning in the backstage.
Damn you! My mind's eye knows exactly who you are! One of your insanities that I can't understand is, you sacrifice the Syrian people just to prove the efficacy of your chemical weapons?

■ Arab League ministers to blame Syria's Assad for chemical attack
Shut up, stupid Arab League! If you want to play a role in Syria, then firstly you should apologize to Damascus on your policy in the past and then cancel all the anti-Syrian resolution. Understand? You without Syria are a failed institution that your political and legal structure have to be revised. You do not have any position on the issue of ethnicity because you have lost your authority policy and and you have violated the principles of ethnicity. Your role in Syria until today is destructive and unacceptable, because the basis of all your efforts is the destruction of all political solutions. In the future, I will not believe a number of your members and their roles. A clear example: Qatar. Qatar has violated the UN resolution number 1373 with supporting the terrorists. I just hope the Arabs to participate honorably in the Arab League and stop the dominance of "money politics" and terrorism.

Oh? So, do you want to show us that what you did to your people is better than what is done by Syrian government to its people, hm? You do not kill your people with the same gas. Is that what you mean, Israel?
Ah, ... well, there's so many innocent people in many countries in this world. Wherever you are, the power of my prayers will always be with you all. I realize, it's not your fault to be Israeli or American or British or French. Your government's foreign policy that makes you are hated without any apparent cause. But don't worry, I always train my ability to be more vigilant in defining hatred within myself.
I'm a peace supporter, wherever I am. Wherever my feet bring my body, I want to breathe the air of peace freely. Smoke-free, pollution-free and free of toxic gases.
I admit it, what is being done by these people is a good action, very rational. I like rational things. But remember one thing, do not ever give me a Political Mask behind this incident, because that's not a good action. You know it.

Tempeh Is a Nutritious Stand-In
The Vegetarian - January 14, 1988|DIANA SHAW | Shaw is free-lance writer in Los Angeles.
I'm one of those fortunate food fanatics whose New Year's resolutions have nothing to do with dieting. Instead, I've resolved to try new things, including some that I'd rejected as insufferably vegetarian.
Tempeh, for example, a meat-like soy food that, like plain tofu, has lots of protein, little fat and the gastronomic appeal of a petroleum product. You can find tempeh sold smoked and spiced, as ersatz ham and hot dogs; and although the texture of such imitation meat is convincing enough, a telltale aftertaste says synthetic.
If you're not a stickler for precise facsimiles, though, tempeh makes a satisfying stand-in for strip steak in stroganoff and a nourishing filler in this quick, mild, avocado curry.
CURRIED AVOCADOS WITH TEMPEH
1 small white onion, minced
Butter
8-ounces tempeh, cubed
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons curry powder
2 cups milk
2 avocados, sliced
Fresh cilantro, minced
Cooked rice
Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan until translucent. Add tempeh and saute until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove tempeh to plate.
If butter has been absorbed, melt additional 2 tablespoons in saucepan. Add flour and curry powder. Cook to smooth paste, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Slowly add milk, continuing to stir until sauce is smooth and thick, about 8 minutes. Add tempeh and avocados. Stir until heated through, but do not boil. Season to taste with cilantro and serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
TEMPEH STROGANOFF
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
1 large clove garlic, crushed and minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces tempeh, sliced in strips
8 ounces fresh soft tofu
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dill weed, crumbled or 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
Freshly ground black pepper
