"... Do we want the Muslim nations to cease moving in circles, to stop being dependent, backward and poverty-stricken? We want them to once again with a sure step climb the road of dignity and enlightens and to become masters of their own fate. We want the springs of courage, genius and virtue to come forth strongly once again, then we must show the way which leads to that objective. The implementation of Islam in all fields of individuals' personal lives, in family and in society, by renewal of the Islamic religious thought and creating a uniform Muslim community from Morocco to Indonesia. ..." ─ The Islamic Declaration ("Islamska deklaracija"), written by: Mr. ALIJA IZETBEGOVIC, reprinted by "BOSNA", Sarajevo, 1990, 127 pages.

Jan Pepijn Servaas:Kinda hard to keep secrets in a lush Lazarevo village in northern Serbia. And that's what makes the arrest of him so surprise. Villagers who claim to know one another really say there can be no outsiders who suddenly present in their midstundetected. His neighbors (and you know it, he is the figure of a simple man who lives alone in the house with a large white gate, surrounded by roses and cherry trees.... ) have never seen the Butcher Balkans.
Cisca Zarmansyah : So, was this arrest just a coincidence?
Jan Pepijn Servaas : His face was very pale, he rarely came out.
Cisca Zarmansyah Jan, in a country that likes the conspiracy theories, they (the Lazarevo citizens) are not the only one who said there were irregularities in the reports of the famous fugitive's arrest.
Jan Pepijn Servaas : To be sure, he's very ill. According to doctors, he twice had a stroke.
Cisca Zarmansyah : Well, it's obvious, isn't it? A man in such conditions won't be able to live alone, because he needs special medical care. Anyway,..... how the Serbian intelligence service might not be able to find a sickly old man who hid in a village?
Fairuz Azalia : "Yes, they will cooperate, we had discussion on cooperation" - Ratko Mladic
Valentino Vie : Genocide has been going on since the earth stood up, it caused misery for many nations, although there were cases of genocide in the reef for a particular purpose. If you want to sharpen the historical memory of genocide, I remind you some of other genocide, such as Canaan, Helvetia, Celtic, Indian Nations, Aboriginal Nations, Armenians, Jews, Germany, Cambodia, Kurdish, Maya Indians, Rwanda, Darfur. And baby, don't forget the date I mentioned to you.
Pranay Suresh : Don't forget the genocide of Gaza December 27, 2008

Jan Pepijn Servaas: The case will involve 6000 people who survived the massacre, including "Mothers of Srebrenica association" http://www.srebrenica.ba/index.en.php?link=articles&p=1
Cisca Zarmansyah: For the victims of Bosnian war, Mladic's arrest will give some sense of gratitude and ultimately to reduce the pain of the past, just as many people who have the lovers been killed in the 11 September 2001, the victims can be a sigh of relief at news of OBL's death.
Fairuz Azalia: This is truly a scene from hell, written on the darkest pages of human history!
Fairuz Azalia:C, we've been witnessing from various series of historical stories, how the Islamic struggle in fluttering of wings world!
Almira Izzati: we feel for you, Fairuz
Valentino Vie: Mladic's arrest could be a determinant for Serbia in order to be a new candidate member of European Union.
Pranay Suresh: I agree with you, Fairuz Azalia, this bloody tragedy was not only motivated by ethnic cleansing system, but the massacre of Muslims.
Jan Pepijn Servaas : @Valentino Vie, that's an ambitious plan backed by EU expansion commissioner, but the opposition to expansion among the member countries of UE opened the possibility that it would cause problems.
Mladic's arrest is only one thing that needs to be done to trigger the process of receiving the Balkans. Balkan countries experienced apathy, and expansion of the European Union has made weary of the members. It is possible that Serbia is going to get the candidate status, although the date of commencement of negotiations will not be published. But it seems his arrest does not negate all the barriers faced by Serbia.

Jan Pepijn Servaas : Ratko Mladic's arrest is a hollow victory in a country that refuses to apologise :: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2011/may/28/ratko-mladic-bosnia-ed-vulliamy
Fairuz Azalia : I hope the judicial institutions in The Hague perform their duties in a professional and unbiased.
Jan Pepijn Servaas : I'm afraid the fact that "Dutchbatters" who were looking for survivors themselves while occurred a mass slaughter was a trauma for both victims or carers.
Fairuz Azalia : This is a very serious problem that should have been handled directly by justice and doesn't not have to wait until there are complaints. Unfortunately it didin't happen in previous year. But I'm relieved too, because now there's a concrete step.
Almira Izzati : We've seen a lot of defense that carried out in situations of urgency, and it affects the public view, but at the end of the news, media must conform with the facts. And it is much easier to just remember a name, such as Slobodan Milosevic. Dag!
Valentino Vie : History, sometimes, has a funny side with a pretty funny to read. The entry of nationalism idea brought a large and sharp changes in Bosnia. If previously the general population of the region called the Bosnians and only distinguished by their religion, now they identify with their neighbors. Bosnians who adhere to Orthodox Christianity identify themselves as Serbs, while the Catholic become the Croats. The Muslims themselves prefers to be called as a Turk (a designation that strengthens labeling them as "traitors" who sold themselves to the Turkey occupiers)

Dispute filed by Bosnia-Herzegovina on Srebrenica massacre is the first case received by ICJ, regarding the genocide during the ICJ establishment. The case became a crucial jurisprudence for international law since the implementation of Nuremberg trials in 1946. Demands from Bosnia-Herzegovina to Serbia-Montenegro into a proof of application, ability, and validity of the ICJ in enforcing CPPCG for current and future.

Based on clear evidence, massive killings that occurred in certain places and concentration camps in the territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina was committed during the conflict (the Bosnian War). People who became part of a protected group in Srebrenica has became a victim of inappropriate treatment, beatings, rape, torture that causes physical and mental disability which seriously, during his stay in concentration camps. ●● http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtW6KF08UEY&feature=relmfu

Following your indulgence in reading::
Cisca Zarmansyah :
Jan, thank you for completing my literacy materials. Yesterday Zef and I were talking about his visit to his daughter's grave, Ana Mladic).
We tried to observe the two sides of him, a perpetrator of genocide and a father who suffered depress...ion since the death of his daughter who committed suicide because of shame with has been done by his crime. I, with the more maudlin language, for some reason feel sad because the fresh memories in the old heart of a Mladic. I always think that all parents are the heroes to their children. In his case, I was trying to imagine how much pain in their heart on those days.
If Mladic is proven guilty, he will not be sentenced to death, because the EU doesn't apply the death penalty, but maybe he will undergo the punishment of life imprisonment. Well, this is the part that feels as if suffocating me, .... as if he knew that he would not have time to see her again, then it was the best time to say something.
It's not a matter of how tight the guards escort, but the true conscience of a Mladic. Each of us has a loose space that does not need to be monitored by anyone except honesty. And I imagine he would tell the truth to his daughter. Something. Everything. Maybe he'd say, "Good-bye, my daughter..." or, "Hello my daughter, be patient to wait for me. We'll meet again." or a sense of inexpressible regret.
But then Zef laughed at my imagination, and his laughter made me laugh, too.
Cisca Zarmansyah : This case also raises new question for me. Can the state be held its accountable in genocide case? If yes, it will display the common mistake that contrary to the individual responsibility concept as it has been known in severe human rights violations.
Fairuz Azalia :
C, you have a high self-reflection, but sometimes you can't possibly see yourself in everyone. Indeed, this world is beautiful if we look at it from its beauty side. I can't imagine how the mental condition of a man who a few hours before ordering the massacre of 8000 people, even had time to deceive his victims. Just like Santa Claus, he gave the chocolates to children in UN refugee camps.
This is the story of a boy (Izudin Alic) and the chocolate bar:
