Despite calls for local justice, Gaddafi should be tried at the ICC
It is crucial for the maintenance of international justice that Muammar Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam Gaddafi and Abdullah al-Senussi are transferred to The Hague.
Libyan government looks like a hero who wakes up in the morning before noon and suddenly aware of a matter of law when giving the report. "ICC, this is Saif. We have found him and arrested him, then how and what now?"
If I were the ICC, I would answer, "Thank you. You look good today. Have you had enough to eat and quite full? We do not suspect how you attempt to impose a legal system that can be fair in your country, because of your own legal system may still need to be reformed. And do not forget one thing, you and your people are getting a new government regime by killing your previous leader of the ruling regime without due process of law.
Do you want to know what will we do after this? We will prosecute you, too, because you also have committed the violations of human rights by persecuting and killing Gaddafi. Do not you realize that before you killed him, Gaddafi is a fugitive to the ICC? Why did you ignore the law and judge him by your own way, by killing him? If your people are the culprit, indeed we could not possibly arrest your people. But you are the government in charge of your people's movement against the Gaddafi regime, so you are going to our court." (Hahahahaa... and I laughed like a demon that is still moping until today because I have not found the justice in Libya. I do not believe in justice in Libya because the Libya itself obtains its "artificial victory" by unfair manner. I worry Saif will die in prison because he might be tortured or his food would be poisoned by irresponsible people, just like the irresponsible hands on Gaddafi's assassination!)
I do not know how the efforts of the night sky to defeat the cloudy, because it is not easy to distinguish the color of the night sky and cloudy in the night. But at least, I was hoping it would not rain today.
