Dès la fin de l'été. L'esprit transformé. J'étoufferai. Apaisée.
"Sic transit gloria mundi,"
"How doth the busy bee,"
"Dum vivimus vivamus,"
I stay mine enemy!
Oh "veni, vidi, vici!"
Oh caput cap-a-pie!
And oh "memento mori"
When I am far from thee!
Hurrah for Peter Parley!
Hurrah for Daniel Boone!
Three cheers, sir, for the gentleman
Who first observed the moon!
Peter, put up the sunshine;
Patti, arrange the stars;
Tell Luna, tea is waiting,
And call your brother Mars!
Put down the apple, Adam,
And come away with me,
So shalt thou have a pippin
From off my father's tree!
I climb the "Hill of Science,"
I "view the landscape o'er;"
Such transcendental prospect,
I ne'er beheld before!
Unto the Legislature
My country bids me go;
I'll take my india rubbers,
In case the wind should blow!
During my education,
It was announced to me
That gravitation, stumbling,
Fell from an apple tree!
The earth upon an axis
Was once supposed to turn,
By way of a gymnastic
In honor of the sun!
It was the brave Columbus,
A sailing o'er the tide,
Who notified the nations
Of where I would reside!
Mortality is fatal—
Gentility is fine,
Rascality, heroic,
Insolvency, sublime!
Our Fathers being weary,
Laid down on Bunker Hill;
And tho' full many a morning,
Yet they are sleeping still,—
The trumpet, sir, shall wake them,
In dreams I see them rise,
Each with a solemn musket
A marching to the skies!
A coward will remain, Sir,
Until the fight is done;
But an immortal hero
Will take his hat, and run!
Good bye, Sir, I am going;
My country calleth me;
Allow me, Sir, at parting,
To wipe my weeping e'e.
In token of our friendship
Accept this "Bonnie Doon,"
And when the hand that plucked it
Hath passed beyond the moon,
The memory of my ashes
Will consolation be;
Then, farewell, Tuscarora,
And farewell, Sir, to thee!

Sudan 'supported Libyan rebels'
www.bbc.co.uk
Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir says his country gave military support to those in Libya who took up arms against their leader Muammar Gaddafi.
So, you have buried him. Oh. I don't see it with my own eyes, just read the news. Where was he buried? In the desert? Yeah? In what desert? What's in the desert? The sand. The wind. It's cold. To the moon's time. It's hot. To the sun's time. All the sand hugged each other, in the sand together.
All of that is not me, but if you think you can torture his body again, and again, all of you are very wrong. Gaddafi has now been free from worldly matters. I pray to God for forgiveness to all the mistakes that have been done during his life, and hopefully his spirit can now rest with God. He befriended the Desert.
Silence is his best friend. This is a better thing can be shown by the world than a friend who claimed a friend, but then he turned against him by reason of bla bla bla. (for Example : Berlusconi! Berlusconi!)
Desert will keep the last secret of the persecution experienced by Gaddafi. And he will also keep all the Desert's secrets. I love the desert.
It was reported that only a few people with him during the funeral. That's all right. At least, they are the best people who remain loyal to him until his death. And they are better than the defectors in his camp (before) who claim they are the hero of Libya. (now)
You do not need to look around, because they are easy to be found. There, very close to you!
It was also reported that the burial had been done in a secret place with the intention of bla bla bla. Is that the smart answer of new regime in Libya? Laughable. You begin a new stage of government in which the first word is written (if you were a book): a secret.
Your efforts to conceal his grave for security reason is unreasonable. Maintaining the security with the applicable law is your first task after Gaddafi's death. Can you create a conducive situation without repressive action?
Well, this is the new regime of Libya. You are not completely happy with this victory. You are scared. And this is a very striking difference in comparison with the expression of joy from the Egypt people when they ended the leadership of Hosni Mubarak. All them supported a "Yes" to Yes. Yes!
"Take him to court!"
"Yes!"
While the thing you can do is, "Don't! Don't let the people know where his grave, because it is to prevent the acts of vandalism and revenge of his enemies and avoid the worship of his supporters."
Adoration of what? Destruction of what?
How much damage have you done for the benefit of Libya, and it is yours, your assets. You don't care at all about it. "Come on guys, keep on fighting! Before Gaddafi and his family all dead, they can't stop us." That's what you want.
Now he has died. October 20, 2100. Soon, he's just a name in the world's history. You can't ignore it, even if you didn't make a headstone on his grave. So, what is the significance of a tomb for the body to be fully back to dust?
Dust to dust!
You banned his family for burial as his testament. And you imprisoned his trusted cleric, the only person who led the funeral which was attended only by 4 people. Did you send back the cleric after the funeral? Wow, how inhuman you are!
You just look relieved, but... are you really happy?
If the concern is to prevent the adoration of his supporters, what is the reason? You're not sensitive. Don't you know that if someone worships something then someone will adore it and hold it in the heart? Just as you love the figures of prophets you respect and love, for example.
And you have no right to kill the Gaddafi supporters for any reason. If you are just learning about democracy, the first thing you should remember is the ability to accept a variety of different things. If you can't accommodate such differences, please return to the old regime.
You do not like a dictator style, do you? But, you are a dictator, aren't you? If you don't, why do you apply a dictator style to face the Gaddafi supporters? Why don't you support them as an opposition group which can nourish the democratic climate in Libya? You should learn to overcome all problems and negotiating with many parties in diplomacy. Stop the gun violence if you don't want to be labeled as a killer regime in the beginning of your administration which still in its infancy.
My partner and I talked about this until my stomach cramped from laughing. "Should we be like finding an isolated and primitive tribe which had just been discovered?"
You are very stuttering with this artificial victory. See, less than one week after you declared the freedom of New Libya, now you say, "Oh, NATO. Please don't leave us now. Stay for at least until the end of this year. We are afraid of Gaddafi's loyalists revenge."
Yeah? Is that your new face? So, you are afraid. If you dare to fight, why are you afraid of death? And you dare to kill Gaddafi. What the hell are you? Even a poor Taliban would not say that, "Oh NATO. Stay with us," ..... , While you submit your request for technical assistance and logistical support to your neighboring countries. Do not you realize that you have too much to ask for help?, even to overcome the problem with your brothers, fellow of the Libyan. You are not able to overcome it. Do you intend to make NATO as the police in your country? , of course, they will be happy to help you, ow ... of course. Why do not you ask them to create a new governance system for you? Oh, .... come on, stop this dependence.
If you are aware of one thing, that it is not easy to build a country, why are you so have the heart to destroy it? Symbolically, you have replaced the Libya's flag with a new flag. What does it mean? Do you also intend to change the name of your country? ... One more thing. For me, your victory is not yours, it's just a symbol of the UN and NATO's victory. Without them, you're nothing! Mentally, you do not have the courage of high quality such as Gaddafi's self-power.
Read this fact. Although President Obama said Gaddafi was a terrorist for his people, but I think that sentence can still be peeled deeper.
Is there a terrorist who can survive for up to 42 years in peace before the world record you as the half-revolutionaries in 8 months only? There are only two possibilities for this fact. Gaddafi was a very charismatic figure in his leadership role, while you were the
Thank the God who has endowed the abundant natural wealth to you, but that's not enough to put your line in the elegance international association. If you know you are not as smart as the Jews, at least you are as sweet as the sweet Muslims. (1, 2, 3, 4, No!))
You have a lot of tasks to fix yourself for all the affairs of your own country. The closest problem in your eyes is them. Your brothers in one country. They are the Gaddafi's fighters and NTC's fighters. Unite them!
Give priority to reconciliation with all parties. Stop hunting people. Throw all the guns away from bullets. Say thanks to foreign troops as necessary and forgive each other between all layers of Libyan people. Don't let any third party will take personal advantage by exploiting any loopholes in your togetherness.
Oops, there's one more. Don't try to distract the masses or the UN investigator team with some different statements about Gaddafi's death. Have they advised you to form an investigation team? Hehehe .... I can't wait to look forward to your next gig. Give us the next spectacle of your appearance as a revolution winner.
* Gaddafi's death can drag Libya into the arena of killing each other. The anger of Gaddafi's loyalists could encourage them to lift the arms. There is another more: the factional fights which target the power.
* For Iraq, the Libya's current condition is very similar to their situation after the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2006-2007.
* The struggle for power scramble will begin. Libyan people will become victims.
* We must remember, the arrest of Saddam Hussein could not dampen the insurgency in Iraq and this will haunt the NTC as well.
* Gaddafi has now become a martyr. This can be a trigger for violence and tribal rebellion. Maybe it's not today, but it can happen in the long run.
* His death has robbed the opportunity for Libya's new government to show they are better than Gaddafi.
* To prevent the Iraq-style violence, the NTC must act quickly to take back the weapons which are now circulating in the streets.
* The NTC holds a great responsibility. They are required to rebuild a country devastated by conflict between the late Gaddafi loyalists with anti-Gaddafi fighters. The problem is, after Gaddafi's death, Libya has threatened to dissolve in a factional civil war. Need for reconciliation. The interim government of Libya can avoid a civil war if they are able to smooth out the conditions for the formation of parliament, political parties, mass organizations, and other institutions in a democratic country. Moreover, the interim government must disarm the weapons owned by civilians and make regulations concerning the use of weapons permits that are currently prevalent circulating in Libya.
* The NTC incompetence in diving the government duties are no security, no police. Everyone has a weapon. After all, civil war increasingly becomes a reality, because Gaddafi loyalists are everywhere and they are ready to take revenge.
* There is potential for acts of revenge. It's big enough. Currently Libya is still a mess and the weapons are still circulating among people. It could be, Gaddafi loyalists will do the bombing, as was the case in Iraq, or there's the revenge of rebel groups who are upset because they are oppressed when Gaddafi was in power.
* If the reconciliation is not done correctly, it means Libya will disperse, even worse than Iraq. There are many tribes in Libya. When Gaddafi was still alive, they were able to be united because there was a common enemy. But after his death, it can happen, there is the power struggles.
* Regarding the influence of western allies to NTC, it is certainly. YesYesYes. NTC will listen to all the willingness of these countries (France, U.K, Italy), because the Libyan victory is not as pure as it was the Egypt or Tunisia's victory. Libya's victory is obtained by the mob, interventioned by the UN and NATO. There are also many assets of Gaddafi and Libya are still in Europe and U.S.
* That means the democracy in Libya will be influenced by the West, but hopefully the West does not impose democracy which according to them is ideal. Iraq is an example where the government does not run until this time though the election had been conducted.
* Do the West come to Libya because of oil? That's for sure. NTC should be able to accommodate all the community's aspirations, although I think the NTC is not so independent.
* Now, after Gaddafi gone, there will be such a big gap between the factions in Libya. It's not just between the Muslim purity and Gaddafi's loyalists, but also between one tribe and other tribes. When Gaddafi came to power 42 years ago, Libya was divided into three separated confederacy province and dozens of tribes. By Gaddafi, the difference was merged into a single nation under the system of direct democracy by people committee. Nevertheless, from the three major tribes, Gaddafi has tended to appoint people of his native tribe, Qadhadhfa, in the leadership structure of the military governor, Republican Guard, and the Revolutionary Committee. Margharha tribe and Warfalla tribe become the marginal.
* Gaddafi's absence (which creates a vacuum leaders) will encourage the political feud. Even the potential civil war is big enough. The goal with all factions of the NTC was to beat Gaddafi. So, Gaddafi was the one who united the country in conflict. Now, after Gaddafi was killed, all possibilities can happen. And this prediction is closer to reality. Post Gaddafi's death, two militia groups began to demand a part of Libya's oil wealth. Each militia groups claimed to have an important role in the overthrow of the dictator. Militia groups from Benghazi claimed that they were most deserving, because Benghazi was the opposition's basis against the Gaddafi's government. To confirm their success in overthrowing the Gaddafi's regime, they brought Gaddafi corpse to Misrata. There, it was kept in a special cooling room for meat. Local people were allowed to see and take the pictures freely.
* In addition to whatever factors, the delay in Gaddafi's burial also caused by the debate at NTC and negotiations with tribes in Sirte, Gaddafi's hometown. The debate ended with disagreements among the leaders in Misrata who demanded compensation for their willingness to accommodate Gaddafi's body.
* The NTC's most risky task is to control the militia groups of anti-Gaddafi. So far they still have not demonstrated the meaningful competition. But I'm pretty sure, at the time of power distribution and representation in government, they will show their individual interests.
* My question is about the arrangement of militias who joined the NTC. "Will they be dissolved slowly or will they be incorporated into the armed forces? Who can answer the desire of militias and how to keep them in touch with each other?"
* Based on the review of all initial elections after the civil war since 1945, Libya should postpone the deployment of election if they want to avoid the factional fighting. The reason is a lot of weapons circulating in the community. There is the lack of law and law enforcement officials, and also a power struggle between militias tied to the ethnic and religious groups.
* More quickly to a country hold an election, then it is more likely for the country back to war. In general, wait for five years before holding the first election will reduce the occurrence of war to one in three. To reduce the risk of violence in inaugural election, there are three conditions that can be recommended. Firstly, when a faction wins a landslide victory of their rivals. The problem is, the ratio between the number of Gaddafi's loyalists and anti-Gaddafi in Libya is balanced, so the possibility of revenge will always exist. Furthermore, when a country has established an impartial institutions and non-corrupt, such as courts and police. Finally, the inter-factional deal to share power. When the deal is there, then the possibility for faction that lost the election to return to the battlefield is small.
