Biutiful and King's Speech

The ocean of life is strange. Sometimes it brings happiness to lull, but it is not uncommon can drown the men in the dark of adversity and confusion. A film from Mexican director Gonzales Innaritu can be a reflection how human beings live their life drama that is difficult to guess its scenario.

This story focuses on Uxbal Bitiful (Javier Bardem), a middle-aged man who is given talents can see the human souls who recently dies. Through his connections in cemetery, Uxbal comes to anyone who is willing to use his talent.

He is paid to communicate the messages of people who has died to their relatives, for those souls can rest in peace. His ability is used by him as a source of livelihood, just a breath to connect the hard life in Barcelona city, Spain.

His physique is mysterious, he keeps the story of life's ironic. Although not a bad man, Uxbal (such as no choice) helps (and exploits) the illegal immigrants. Through his contacts at local police, he bribes some police to allow the Negro (the term for black people) to open the stall of illegal goods. Then the rest of bribe money received from the merchant becomes his income.

The same dirty tricks done by him to defend manufacturer of counterfeit goods and pirated. All his workers are illegal immigrants from China, including a young girl who is asked for help to care for his children.

In the early minutes, audience are invited to see his tangled life. After parting with his wife, Marambra (Marciel Alvarez) a woman which has a dual personality and avid with prostitution, Uxbal struggles to collect dollars for his two children, Ana (Hanaa Bouchaib) and Mateo (Guillermo Estrella).

His sad routine becomes increasingly ironic as he is sentenced to suffer a malignant cancer. He can't accept this fact, he's not ready to leave his children. "Is this punishment?" he whimpers, he can't hold back his tears. His time is not much, just two months to unravel all of the kinks of his life.

This unperfect man is so anxious to improve the remnant of his days without any regrets. He starts it by trying to improve his attitude to his little Mateo (7 years). He spends as much time for his daughter while she's doing homework, until in his efforts to trust his wife again.

It's a simple action, but enough to touch the feelings when watching them try to bring back the warmth of a family in a dinner conversation.

He struggles desperately while the pirated factories can't operate anymore, its workers are inserted by him illegally as a construction worker at one of his company's older brother, Tito. But, destiny seems reluctant to work together with him. The situation gets worse. The police (who bribed by him for treason) catch all the illegal traders who are also selling the drugs.

The heater which is bought by him for factory workers kills them in an accident. The peak of his crisis is when he knows that his wife can't be changed, she sleeps with her husband's brother, Tito, for the sake of money and pleasure.

All his bitterness of life becomes a sharp social portrait of poor people lives in Spain. It starts from their attachment to mystical world, until their lives in miserable flats. The narrow alleys full of homeless people, also illegal immigrants who are exploited in such a way, sleep crammed into the narrow factory.

Spanish exoticism as if sucked down into this movie, replaced by a life's irony. How can money enslave the humans? This social disease also affects the lower class of society. It can be seen from the insensitivity, hypocrisy, until taking personal advantage.

But, at the end of his life, in the midst of his weakness to fix all the mess done by him, Innaritu puts his consciousness and beauty in this film. It is his love to his children. Especially when his daughter knows that he hides his dying condition, there's a strong love connection between a father and his children.

Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's "Biutiful" is a gorgeous, melancholy tone poem about love, fatherhood and guilt. Some scenes are absolutely wrenching to behold.

Adriaan Zef : Rating agency Fitch Ratings cut its credit rating outlook for Spain because of the increasing growth of poverty, only one day after the government would make budget savings to address the fears of economic recession . As a result, stock market in U.S. markets slid sharply when the news came, and the euro weakened against dollar.

Spain Fitch downgraded one level from maximum level of AAA to AA+ position. The reason, the Spanish government seemed to be focusing on economic recovery.

"The process of economic adjustment will be more difficult and will take longer than other economies with AAA ratings that carried the Spanish government, that's why the Spanish rating lowered to AA+," Fitch said as quoted by AFP on Sunday (05/30/2010).

Fitch also warned that the rigidity of labor markets and restructuring of regional and local savings banks would be obstacles to impede the economic recovery speed, especially after the explosion of real estate products. Private sector and material external debt would also slow the Spanish economy growth rate over medium term.

Adriaan Zef : Making movies which really nice about family court is never easy. How is it not? Can we find out the character and psychological conditions of their figure? It's not as easy as imagined. There are limits that can't be penetrated, and therefore Colin Firth eligible to receive two thumbs up for his acting as King George VI.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Not only Firth who deserves a thumbs up, Zef. Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham Carter are playing very beautiful in this film. More than that, there's a strong chemistry between Firth and Rush, it's further strengthening their acting. The marital relationship between Firth and Bonham Carter also looks extremely convincing.

Adriaan Zef : Apart from the individual's ability, a value of this film seems to start since it's still in manuscript form. David Seidler seems very solid, so it's not too difficult for the actors and actresses to understand it. For Tom Hooper, it becomes easier for him to create a global visualization of the script earlier.

Metatron

You, Fairuz Azalia, CieL- FreYa Ceastle, Pranay Suresh and 3 others like this.

Adriaan Zef : I've read your note, and now tell me about it. Does it also have the sects or something like that? What are they?

Cisca Zarmansyah : Agnostic means not believing in the religion that saying there's a God who prepares the holy book. That's my definition. So, it doesn't mean agnostic doesn't believe in "God", but it doesn't believe to people who swear that is true that God prepares the Torah, the Psalms, the Gospel and the Koran. Agnostic people know that everything in scripture is the ordinary of human speech,... just ordinary people who are no different from you and me.

CieL- FreYa : Ceastle what did you find, sweetie?

Cisca Zarmansyah : We are all the agnostic, because our subconscious knows that all religion is the result of human's work. God is a term only, something like the X factor. What or who is God will open by itself when we are more mature in spiritually. And dur...ing the maturation process, our subconscious still knows that religion is just a method. But awareness of our literacy usually forced by society to accept the God's existance that reputedly said prepare the holy book. Then our subconscious searching where is God. Apparently, when awake or asleep we'll never meet with God. What we find is the various manifestations of our thoughts and feelings in the form of physical or non physical events.

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : Have you ever heard of Archangel Metatron?

Cisca Zarmansyah : Yes, from the book "Flower of Life" by Drunvalo Melchizedek. The book discusses about Metatron's Cube

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : what do you know about it?

Cisca Zarmansyah : It's quite a lot, but the point is just the sense that apparently all kinds of teaching (which is still raw and rough on the religions, the healing energies, and spiritual awareness which commensurate with it) can be simplified in the cubical abstract chart, is named Metatron.

There's also meditation that makes us can access the energy of the universe using breathing techniques and specific visualization. I don't apply it because of its complicated techniques. Perspicuity, I know that Melchizedek in general has got the point, that everything in our self can be described in geometric forms.

When I wasn't sleeping for days, I saw everything around us was geometrical shaped. There was a straight line which could be drawn from various angles. Without our control, our physical environment was already arranged in regular flow of energy. I saw it as the straight lines. Even my tablecloth made up of straight lines in the energy field. Although I saw it physically, but there's seemed no anything. I saw it in a very low brain waves, of course. Jan, if we don't sleep for days we'll be able to see it.

So, Metatron is the term given to archangel which is beyond everything, the watchdog of geometric rules in the universe. Of course it's only term as well, no different with God, but it's more okay than God, because we can access the energy, such as the consciousness energy that is existing in each one of us.

Metatron can also be spelled as our highest consciousness which accepts all of us without judging.

Valentino Vie : Life is wonderful, baby. The truth is out there, we are not alone. Our highest personality waiting for us to be found. Let's go to the Divine Nature, to the resting place of dualism. Did you read my messages?

Cisca Zarmansyah : The discussion was pretty much, Noy. We did meditation first. Before meditation, he talked a little introduction about Metatron. Oh you all should be there. I'm kinda confused how to tell it here. Maybe cause I felt the energy when meeting ...with them was like when I was at the top of the triangle or pyramid, and he was together with Metatron. He assumed that the truth and sklent were not to be punished, but to be understandable (this assumption is understood only for people who already are in the third dimension!).See more

Valentino Vie: That's good, my love. By pleading to Metatron, we are expected no awkward with Dualism. Because this is the essence of Tawheed as you learn. The purpose of "no awkward' is that the world is filled with duality. Men and women. True and false. Me and you. I love you.

Valentino Vie : I understand every final destination of your note, but all of the records doesn't discuss the universe matters.

Cisca Zarmansyah : I wrote that the universe was the big universe, and our awareness was a little universe. A big universe = a little universe. How to access the universe only through our own consciousness.

Valentino Vie : Would you please make one topic to explain about the understanding of universe, its relationship with subconscious, as well as the connection detail which can be reached through our subconscious.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Ok, but it couldn't be done at once. Step by step. When talking about the universe then we should have a basic awareness. We realize that we are aware. That is what I emphasize. If we're still shackled by religion domination, we won't be able to talk about universe, cause we're afraid to go into our own consciousness.

Valentino Vie : There are a lot of access to understand ourselves potential in order to understand this universe, huh?

Cisca Zarmansyah : There are so many methods, and almost all of them included in the label New Age. New Age has also a lot of bullshit, but if we can understand its essence, then we'll be able to develop our own method that most suitable for us.

Valentino Vie : How do we go to an existing access?

Cisca Zarmansyah by using the method you used : whatever it is.

Valentino Vie : Or maybe you have a different perspective in explaining this?

Cisca Zarmansyah : Generally, I'm okay with various streams of New Age, all of them aims to bring healings to the big universe and small universe. There's the large God and small God. We have always been part of the great God. Without need to do fasting and praying, we're already the God.

Valentino Vie : I don't get it, baby...

Cisca Zarmansyah : I use the notion of Kabalah, the mystical science based on Jewish belief and Greek thought. Kabalah is abstract, as abstract as Kundalini. But Kabalah more comprehensive than Kundalini. So it's assumed our consciousness walks from point 0 to 10. From unlimited to the most limited. It always goes zigzag, to the left and right. In the end, everything will be stable or are in the middle. There's a straight line from the top to bottom. Our consciousness can go down from top to bottom, and from below rises to the top again. If it's canstant, then we'll only be one point. Aware that we're aware. That's who we are as the little God who united with the big God/the universe. But when we do it in meditation, we don't even think about God anymore. We just enjoy being aware. Aware of being aware.

Valentino Vie : oh... I must use my gourd to figure it out.

Silent helps us to more concentrate, calm, introspective, and even more wise. And, it is more often to convey our points more effectively than the arguments.

First, think about how the silent is very important for learning. When we talk, it is very difficult to learn more than what we already know. However, when we quietly listen to what is being said by others, a new world has been prepared for us. We can start something from the perspective of others, and we can have access to what they know. When we listen to the problems and opinions of others, for the moment we are free from worry about our own problems and we can learn a little what it's like being in circumstances of others. Listening in silence is the key to feel more fully alive, informative, and empathy.

Although the silent seems not convenient for those who accustomed to the crowds, and more specifically for people who are extrovert, but in fact it offers a boon to those who are still learning how to apply it properly. Even as we face a conflict in which we decide that we should take an attitude, the silence can be a strong friend to help us achieve our goals.

Silent also gives something of value and a chance to listen to ourselves. We can hear ourselves in new ways and more effective, listen to what our inner voice teach us.

The author Parker Palmer describes it in words as, "We listen to the instructions anywhere except in the mind. We believe that just because we have to say something, then we understand its meaning. But often not. We need to hear what is being said by our lives and record it, so we will not forget our own truth."

The unexamined life is not worth living for a human being. It's a very wise quote from Socrates. In my opinion, the life that I live is a series of changes that occurs naturally and spontaneously. As the human, as much as possible I will never avoid the complaints which were seen in plain sight, because it will only create a sadness. Let the reality remain the reality. Let it all flow naturally in accordance with their respective direction. The meaning of life is when we can read and learn from each of life event that happens to ourselves.

A complex system can't be explained by analyzing the individual components of non-linear system. Reductionism of scientific approach (with a separate watch to see how it works) doesn't get you very far in complex systems, because the interesting behavior arises from component's spontaneous interaction. The behavior of non-linear systems are not planned or directed, it just happened. It's often referred to as "self organizing".

Valentino Vie : Baby, we can start its idea from a knowledge anxiety. There's one important idea in every society called the prophetic social science. We must not be complacent in trying to explain or to understand the reality and then forgive it for granted. More than that, our knowledge must also carry out a transformation task towards the idealized future goals of a society.

2. Jewish race in every country around the world become automatic citizens of Israel, while Palestinians born in their own land always expelled to the outside of Palestine.

3.Palestinian population in the territories must use the vehicle with paint and a special color to distinguish between Jews and non Jews.

4. Eastern Jerusalem, West Bank, Gaza and Golan plateau is considered by the international community, especially the west and America as a region occupied by Israel and not part of Israel.

5. Israel allocates 85% of water resources for Jews and distribute its remaining 15% for all Palestinians in territories. In reality, Israel allocates 85% of water is given to about 400 settlers in Hebron, while 15% are allocated to 120 thousand Palestinian residents in the area.

6. The US allocates 5 milyad US $ of income tax returns each year to contribute Israel.

7. America continues to provide military aid to Israel amounted to US $ 1.8 billion each year, and total amount is equal to contribution of America to all countries in the Africa continent.

8.Israel is also waiting for additional war aid of 4 billion US $ of America consisting of F 16 fighter aircraft, Apache and Blackhawk. And because America is the main state coalition or Israel, then it is obliged to provide all the facilities demanded Israel to guarantee its existence.

9. American government has been pressing Congress about Israeli violations in the use of weapons that they contribute, particularly in 1978, 1979 and in 1982, the war in Lebanon and the use of nuclear weapons in 1981.

10. Israel is the only country in Middle East which refuses to sign the ban on nuclear weapons development, and rejects the UN investigation team to inspect its nuclear hideout.

11. Before the founding of Israel in 1948, Israel already has nuclear weapons development plant.

12. High Israeli officers in War department admit openly that the Israeli military kill all Palestinian prisoners of war without trial.

13. Israel blew up the American diplomat's residence and attacked the US Liberty warship in international waters in 1967. Although the attack killed 33 US soldiers and wounded another 177, but America didn't take any action against Israel, arguing the Israeli army misplaced. Imagine if the attack was carried out by Islamic State.

14. Israel is the country most widely ignoring the UNSC resolutions. Number of resolutions ignored by Israel reached 69 units. Imagine if an Islamic state ignores a UN resolution, what will America do?

15. Israeli government uses the political system of conservation to Jewish racial identity in order to remain a citizen of that State.

16. Israel's Supreme Court has determined Ariel Sharon as a suspect in the massacre Shabra and Syatilla on September 16, 1982 in Lebanon that killed more than 1000 Palestinians comprised of children, women and elderly.

17. On 20 May 1990, an Israeli army ordered Palestinian workers who were waiting at a bus stop to sit lined up on ground, after which he fired at them from a distance of half a meter. The Israeli government declared the soldier was innocent and he even received a special award from Israeli government.

18. Until 1988, all factories and offices in Israel may only attach a job description with the words, "A job only for the Jewish race", "Wanted a Jewish employee with race conditions"

19. Israeli Foreign Ministry pays six US media companies to create a positive image of Israel to American and European society.

24.Palestinian Christians are united with Muslim Palestinian population against the Jewish invaders.

25. Although the Israeli Supreme Court has issued a decision banning torture in the examination process, but Shin Bet (Israeli Intelligence Agency) still continued to torment any Palestinian fighters in examination process.

26. Although Israel continues to disrupt the learning process and damages the facilities and infrastructure of Palestinian, but Palestine remains the largest country in the world whose inhabitants hold a doctorate (S3). This is when seen from the total percentage of population.

27. Every human being has the same rights guaranteed by international human rights law issued on December 10, 1948, but the law did not apply to the Palestinian population, because it prevented the signing of an Oslo agreement.

28. The majority of the world's history books say that Arab states attacked Israel first in the 1967 war, when in fact, Israel which attacked the Arab countries first and then they took the city of Al Quds and West Bank. CieL- FreYa Ceastle: These issues are very relevant and important in this modern era, where we argue the questions of other morality, but also threatened with moral evil very evil and always in the mind of every one of us: Mankind's suicide.

Cisca Zarmansyah: Is this the result of our collective narcissistic? Similarly to reformation which only strengthen the narcissistic of class. Ignorance, poverty and inertia disease (which become epidemic since colonial centuries until now), are they the results of our illusion to see the power supremacy?

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : .... Sweetie, thinking in terms of non-linear is important for many reasons, but to understand what is involved, then we must bring the mind back to beginning, with fundamentals.

Adriaan Zef : I'm impressed with the "greed" terms . I think that's a strong encouragement to 'have' something. Although the concept of having only in our mind, but we still compelled to do so. I realize, actually there's no human ability to have any, because each of "any" has own struggles and way of life. But we can't deny a boost existence in self. Our encouragement to "have" is as a result of fear in ourselves against all the uncertainties in this life. So as if by way of "having" something, it will help us to have certainty, handle, or the protection of our life. In life, greed doesn't only apply on an individual basis, but can also be collective. As a result of collective, greed can be seen as damage to the world as a whole way of life. And collective greed can only be changed through personal awareness, it's an awareness of fear existence in ourselves, and gain the ability to overcome this fear. This self awareness should then be transmitted to others to be a critical mass strength.

Adriaan Zef : Practice the 3 R principles: reduce, reuse, recycle. Reduce consumption, reuse hand goods can still be used, and recycling of certain materials. I realize it's easier said than done. But once started, we'll get used to.

Adriaan Zef : By combining the data of climate simulations with the loss of vegetation systems, scientists agree that the extinction of mammoth trigger an increase in air temperature by 0.2° Celsius during the era of Pleitosen (10.000-15.000 yrs ago). Who was causing it? The humans. So the hunt mammoth by human activity at that time indirectly lead to climate change that impact on environmental change and global warming. Some experts say the origin of Valentine's Day is created at the time of Roman empire, as a ritual homage to the god Lupercus. In those days a lot of hanging around a bunch of wolves who frequently attacked Rome city. To repel the wolf, they pleaded for the god Lupercus help. In the festival, there was a tradition of drawing name. At that time, all the girls name in Rome were written on a piece of paper, and the paper was rolled up and put into a glass bowl. Every single man in Rome took one paper at random and the girl whose name listed would become his partner at the same event the following year. But when the emperor Claudius II came to power, the show began prohibited. The reason was many young men who refused to fight. Claudius believed it was happening because the youth preferred to stay with his girlfriend and get married.

A priest named Valentine did not agree with that rule. Valentine secretly performed marriage ceremonies to couples who came. Finally the action was known by Claudius. Valentine was arrested and sentenced to death. The execution was done on 14 February. The date was later celebrated as the day of love.

You, CieL- FreYa Ceastle, Valentino Vie and Almira Izzati like this.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Dear Valentine's day, is it you? or Lupercalia?

Almira Izzati : Woooy ...! Cutie pie, today is Valentine's Day. Stop learning theory! Why don't you sing a love song? ... .....

Almira Izzati : Oops! .... yaa ... it exists! it exists! I vaguely heard your heart sings a love song. ♫♪.... if there were no words, no way to speak. I would still hear you. If there were no tears, no way to feel inside. I'd still feel for you. A...nd even if the sun refuse to shine, even if romance ran out of rhyme, you would still have my heart until the end of time. You're all I need my love, my Valentine.... All of my life I have been waiting for all you give to me. You've opened my eyes and showed me how to love unselfishly. I've dreamed of this a thousand times before. In my dreams I couldn't love you more. I will give you my heart until the end of time. You're all I need my love, my Valentine. Da da da... Da da da... ♫♫♪ ...... .......

Valentino Vie : baby, this topic could lead us to a variety of religious views, but I never made this as a polemic. I think love is a universal thing, and in accordance with its application in this day and age, love is not only between men and women (like you and me) but also to the terms of humanity.

Valentino Vie : Plus de la théorie, je t'aime. Nous aimons les uns les autres. Dites-moi si notre amour est un péché!

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : I think history has a higher price than a love story! And I really like what's on your mind, or even something in your heart that you can never reveal to anyone.

Fairuz Azalia : According to me, Valentine's Day is not really appropriate if interpreted as "Valentine's Day". Because the events that happened centuries years ago, which is now celebrated as Valentine's Day, proceeds from an event that is more accurately described as a party disobedience (Making Love Party) rather than Valentines Party. These events were the ritual for pagan Roman festival called Lupercalian. In Pagan Rome's belief, February was considered as a full moon "in love" (Love, not affection) and months of fertility (read: the desire or lust).

Lupercalian Or Lupercus itself was a fertility god (the god of Agriculture and Shepherd)which was believed has a form as a mighty man and dressed half naked with only his body covered with goat skin. Mythology of Lupercus closely related to the story of Remus and Romulus who lived in Palatine hill and it was believed that their story started the construction of Rome. In addition to Rome, Pagan beliefs from ancient Greece also believed that in February --- exactly mid-January and peaked in mid-February was the Gamelion month, which was dedicated to the sacred marriage of god Zeus and Hera.

Both Pagan Rome and Pagan beliefs Greeks believed that February was a month full of passion and love.

Lupercalia Festival was a celebration which took place on December 13 to February 18, where on February 15, reached its peak. The first two days (13-14 February), dedicated to the Goddess of Love (Queen of Feverish Love) named Juno Februata. On the 13th, in the morning, the highest priest of pagan Rome brought together young men and women to come to temple worship. They separated in two rows and were both facing the main altar. All the young women's names were written in small sheets. One small sheet might only contain one name. Sheets containing the names of the young woman and then inserted into a large jug-like container, or a large bottle. After that, the preacher who led the ceremony let the young forward one by one to take one name of the girl who had been in the container at random, until the container was empty.

Every girl's name was drawn, then she must be a lover of young men who took her and the girl was obliged to serve all of his wishes for a year, until Lupercalian Festival next year.

Without the bonds of marriage, they were free to do anything. And the first night in the day, (the eve of February 14) until the eve of February 15, around the city, they were already celebrating what is now referred to as 'Valentines Day'. A term that is really wrong and is more accurately described as 'Making Love Day' or disobedience night.

On 15 February, after a full day of the new couple indulgenced their lust, they were in pairs returned to the shrine, prayed to the God of Lupercalia, asked to be protected from interference wolves and evil spirits. In this ceremony, the priest of pagan Rome would take two goats and a dog which was then slaughtered on the altar as offerings to gods or Lupercus Lupercalia. This was followed by offerings of ritual drinking of wine. After that, the youths took the one sheet of goat skin that has been available and running in the streets of the city, followed by the girls.

The streets of Rome became so festive by the shouts and laughter of young people, where the women vying to get a touch of goat skin and the men ever vying to touch the girls as much as possible. The women of ancient Rome at that time strongly believed that goat skin was dedicated to the god Lupercus has extraordinary magical powers, which could make them grow lush, getting any younger, and more beautiful.

The more they could touch the goat skin, they believe would grow beautiful and fertile.

That ceremony highly awaited young people in Rome, it was one of favorite celebration. It was not strange, considering that Roman Pagan community life was very divinize the strength (virility), beauty, and sex. Even the Gods and Goddess (their god) was depicted as a figure of powerful men and women who were beautiful and charming, with minimal clothes and even naked at all.

The Romans were very worships of the body's perfection. A lot of literature written about Pagan Rome traditions. Until now, fitness centers, which becomes one of the 'trends of modern man' which is referred to as Gymnasium, or commonly abbreviated to the Gym, is derived from Roman term that refers to the body work.

Tradition of the cult of strength and beauty (and of course it all comes down to the deification of lust) didn't disappear when Rome was used as Western Church center of Rome by the Emperor Constantine, even the churches perpetuated this ritual lust party by giving "wrap Christianity", by replacing the youngers name with the names of pope or a priest or holy men such as Santo or Saint (men) or Santa (Women).

Those who did this were the Emperor Constantine, as the first Pope and Pope Gregory I. Even in the year 496 AD, Pope Gelasius I made the Lupercalian festival was a celebration of the Church to bring myth of Saint Valentine (Saint Valentine's) which was said died on 14 February.

This is what we now know as "Valentine's Day". Lupercalian festival, which is actually more accurately described as "Making Love Day", is the origin of this warning. By some parties who want to benefit from these rituals and the impact, this momentum is referred to as 'Valentine's Day', something that is very distant and different from its essence.

"Thank you for your perception! I like your romantic side, even if I do not always comment and I'm glad that you're in my circle of friends."
(Courtesies by: Wolfgang A. Gerhardt)

Wolfgang A.Gerhardt : May be you like this Sunday collage

Cisca Zarmansyah : Before today, there never was a person doing this to me. You create a simple matter to look special. This is a special thing for me.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Thank you. I love it. I love you, my friend.

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : Hmm, he's so nice...

"I am me.
In all the world,
there is no one else exactly like me.
Everything that comes out of me
is authentically mine,
because I alone chose it --
I own everything about me:
my body,
my feelings,
my mouth,
my voice,
all my actions,
whether they be to others or myself.
I own my fantasies,
my dreams,
my hopes,
my fears.
I own my triumphs and successes,
all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me,
I can become intimately acquainted with me.
By so doing,
I can love me
and be friendly with all my parts.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do not know
-- but as long as I am friendly
and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully
look for solutions
to the puzzles and ways
to find out more about me.
However I look and sound,
whatever I say and do,
and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time
is authentically me.
If later some parts of how I looked,
sounded,
thought,
and felt
turn out to be unfitting,
I can discard that which is unfitting,
keep the rest,
and invent something new
for that which I discarded.
I can see,
hear,
feel,
think,
say, and do.
I have the tools to survive,
to be close to others,
to be productive,
and to make sense
and order out of the world of people
and things outside of me.
I own me,
and therefore,
I can engineer me.
I am me,
and I am okay."
