Marco Polo

It was still dark. It was Wednesday when Marco Polo came home
6 am in the fall, a few centuries later.

I

In Ponte Rialto dock which was not recognized by him anymore : The first gull.
In the low wall of the bridge
he could not read again some old letters
which interrupted the fog along the canal.

He only saw a female Vietnamese climbing the dirty stone staircase.

And Marco Polo did not know for sure whether she was singing
at the sound of many water taxis.
Was she happy?

Or she just wanted to be with a black who had been standing under a light pole
in front of the pizza shop, while the wing taping the drizzle.

"Where do you come from?," the wanderer from Venezia asked.

"Not from afar," the woman replied,
"Not from afar," said the black man.

And the first gull was flying.

He never knew this morning: the first morning which did not want him to go.

II

The smell of coffee in the cup
before the cafeteria opened its doors,
the smell of cigar on a chair
still not prepared:
homelessness in this city
would never start the day.

III

Two hours he tried to find signs of pomegranate
ever wrought on the end of the wall
narrow alleys.

But Venezia, in the year 2013 AD,
no longer looked at him.

IV

In the Plaza San Marco, of the Basilica wall
a disembodied angel found removable Abaya.

"Do you see?
Someone has found someone else and running naked toward heaven"

No one answered.
Only Marco Polo who wanted to answer.
But from the cafe foyer
The orchestra played La Cumparsita

and white chairs dancing
invisible, far into the night

When the rain came later as accidental,
an old tourist said, "I'll buy Japanese hat sold on the shelves,
I would put it to the head of a missing child from his mother."

V

By midnight, the traders of Bengal
still throwing
luminous objects
to the bell tower. "Tonight is not finished", they said,
"The night is not finished."

Marco Polo understood
He remembered fireflies.

VI

Light was hiding at a distance of 3 kilometers from the sea
And in the sea there were other strange dark.

"I must be a mermaid, Rango. I have no fear of depths
and a great fear of shallow living. "
- Anaïs Nin

VII

The next day was Sunday. In the Basilica room, the monks asked,"What would you regard as a sin?"
Marco Polo replied, "Faith in a hurry".
"I do not understand."
Marco Polo said, "I have witnessed the perfect city. The walls are carved with excesses and war, where god does not cry."

VIII

In narrow hotel Firenze
Marco Polo dreaming about the low wind
Orange Jessamine fragrance

He woke up.
He was hungry,
He did not know.
He missed
He did not know.

He just knew something was missing from his quilt:
female elephant ivory color, the smell of sperm,
and seven broken biscuits
ever scattered
on the table.

IX

At lunch hour
of the ventilation room
he heard the Habsi immigrants were singing,

I want to bring the rain from the gods foot,
I want to bring the coolness before noon tomorrow,
I will remove the boat from dry.

In between prayer and the singing
creaking of the oars gondola broke his silence.

X

A month later.
In Monday's
hardened old season
Marco Polo opened the door.

The weather was still dark.
At 6 am.
The Big Dipper would soon leave.

"My Lord, my Lord,
I do not want to go."
He was on his knees.

He was on his knees but he saw the sea was coming
with the dead face.

News Headlines (461) 20 February - 22 February 2014

ONLINE TODAY

"The mind, like the body, is subject to be hurt by everything it taketh for a remedy."Lord Halifax

20 February 2014 : Try to wrangle your deeper feelings up and out of the lower levels of your subconscious. It's hard work, but right now you've got some support from the universe, so it should be totally worthwhile. You should feel comfortable trusting the people who are in power right now -- your life might feel like a roller coaster right now, but that doesn't mean you are being taken for a ride. And any turbulence you are experiencing is not their fault. Be a team player! Now is not the time to let your emotions tell you what to do. Hedge your bets and stay right where you are. Moving away from the known can feel exciting, but it's simply not the best move for you right now.

22 February 2014 : The day moves at a glacier's pace and you may get bored or impatient as you try to figure out what to do next. It's a good day to just let the world do its own thing and focus on personal business. An introverted person is intriguing to you right now, and it's going to be tricky to get them to come out of their shell. Your best approach today is humor. Make a joke that they and only they can understand. Sharing a laugh is a great way to share a moment and start a conversation. And if your first try doesn't get them to open up, don't worry. Show them your sweet side often enough and they will eventually let their walls down. They might actually be more outgoing to you are!

The headline is ridiculous. I do not fully understand what is perceived by the demonstrators in Ukraine, but apparently this is not about a child's disappointment over the choice of his mother in between two of his mother's lover. Who are the Ukraine's two lovers? Of course, the European Union and Russia. Ok, understood. Well, now, what is the role of U.S. between the EU and Russia? Is the U.S. the EU? Oh. It is not understandable, but there is an impression that everything is backed by Russia will inevitably be destroyed by the U.S.. Can the U.S. and Russia to establish normal relations such as the existence of day and night?  Why do they not think to always appear together in a condition to be complementary into a wholeness? Why they do not learn much of what is said expressly of the appearance of this universe?

So far, I have never seen a noon comes to destroy the night, and vice versa. And imperceptibly, their harmony has led us to this day, for  us to see the disharmony relations between Russia and the United States. So, I always find it amusing when I see they always feel smart become the inheritors of the earth, but actually are they truly smart?

Today's African Proverb : "A bird that flies away and lands on an anthill is still on the ground" - A Nigerian proverb sent by Lubang Alex Charles in Wau, South Sudan
Do not start me, please? I can hold your chatter by asking you, "Do you think birds can fly, hm? Ehehhee ... I told you," Birds can not fly. The fish can not swim. But you -- humans -- can fly and swim. "

Digest and absorb properly the meaning of the opinion, then you will laugh merrily with me: a sign that you agree with my opinion.

I do not need to dwell width to explain this, because I know most people will think I'm very stupid to say that the bird can not fly and the fish can not swim.

Humans are the most perfect creature who always try to control everything, including their motor skills which is driven by the ability of their brains. When seeing the fish move mechanically in the water, they imitate their style and develop it in many styles move in water, for example: Freestyle,  Sidestroke, Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.

In the end humans have made the fish became stunned.

"Haa ... you can swim?" Fish asked with awe.

"Oh, sure, as you have seen. We can enter your world under the water anywhere and knowing what you're doing there." humans replied with full expression of success. "What's up? What's your problem? You can not swim?"

The Fish just running sluggish, moving their tails and their fins in their bodies, go away from humans and their condescending question, "Can you  swim?"

And how often then the fish are trying to imitate the humans style in swimming, always, they can not swim.

Ahhhaa .... Stop typing more characters, Cisca! Do not influence your readers to think with your silly fantasy, ahahahha ....

The important thing here is: the power of human brain and human creativity to outperform other creatures.

So, if human ---  with their brainpower   --- like to torture the animals, to damage the plants and cause environmental destruction on the earth, then they can not be called the good men, but the destroyer. (For example: after the humans equate their ability to fly like the birds in the sky by creating a lot of sophisticated aircrafts and piloting them --- and as I have said, even the birds do not ever think how to fly --- humans add various types of weapons into their aircrafts to fire on many human --- those who were running around frantically --- under their sky,  at the same sky, where the birds flapping their wings and their tails peacefully.

Gay No Go: Kansas approves bill discriminating against same-sex couples. RT's Gayane Chichakyan reports.

I wonder, "Why do they not think that same-sex marriage will make the human population extinct? Then they adopt the normal children to systematically indoctrinated in accepting the concept of same-sex and follow the same orientation? When the seed of life is wasted. When the rectum = the oral. "Thank you for your perception! I like your romantic side, even if I do not always comment and I'm glad that you're in my circle of friends."
(Courtesies by: Wolfgang A. Gerhardt)

Wolfgang A.Gerhardt : May be you like this Sunday collage

Cisca Zarmansyah : Before today, there never was a person doing this to me. You create a simple matter to look special. This is a special thing for me.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Thank you. I love it. I love you, my friend.

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : Hmm, he's so nice...

"I am me.
In all the world,
there is no one else exactly like me.
Everything that comes out of me
is authentically mine,
because I alone chose it --
I own everything about me:
my body,
my feelings,
my mouth,
my voice,
all my actions,
whether they be to others or myself.
I own my fantasies,
my dreams,
my hopes,
my fears.
I own my triumphs and successes,
all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me,
I can become intimately acquainted with me.
By so doing,
I can love me
and be friendly with all my parts.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do not know
-- but as long as I am friendly
and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully
look for solutions
to the puzzles and ways
to find out more about me.
However I look and sound,
whatever I say and do,
and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time
is authentically me.
If later some parts of how I looked,
sounded,
thought,
and felt
turn out to be unfitting,
I can discard that which is unfitting,
keep the rest,
and invent something new
for that which I discarded.
I can see,
hear,
feel,
think,
say, and do.
I have the tools to survive,
to be close to others,
to be productive,
and to make sense
and order out of the world of people
and things outside of me.
I own me,
and therefore,
I can engineer me.
I am me,
and I am okay."
