Bla bla bla, though you know our relationship have had a lot of tempest related with disputes : in Libya, Syria, your plan to deploy your missile shield in Eastern Europe, etc. Even so, both you and I really want to improve bilateral relations and encourage the development of these relations in all areas, but well ... what can I say now?
Your interests and my interests are not on the track and this issue has increased the hostility between us. Need more time to resolve it.
