Inside The NSA~Americas Cyber Secrets.  Since its inception in 1952, the National Security Agency has been shrouded in secrecy; for years the White House denied its very existence. For the first time since 9/11 changed everything, cameras go beyond the closed doors of the NSA, deep inside the agency's over 2 million square foot top-secret compound. More Than 4 Cups of Coffee a Day Ups Death Risk
See? I love him, that's why every morning for his breakfast I always add milk into his coffee. At least, for replying to my love, he wants to downplay his taste for black coffee.

Well, for coffee, I'm not too cruel in making and implementing rules for both of us. But there is no tolerance at all for a cigarette around us. And I emphasize the smoking ban to all environments where we are and his friends when they visit us or when we go in pairs. Especially when our baby is with us, he can be more fierce than me to smokers around us about the smoking ban.

IDEAS : Singing Changes Your Brain
Are you wearing a veil or burka? Do not be discouraged. This suggestion is generally accepted. Anyway, the essence of singing itself is not to make a fuss, but to reduce stress, right? I, for stress relief - if I do not want to be bothered with singing - doing meditation. This is a level where there is peace and tranquility in our minds. Silent but fully alert. The main strength of meditation is to bring us into a significantly higher level of consciousness that will help us to get a truth in all things.

We can bounce from one consciousness to a higher dimension of collective consciousness.  Within this stage we can feel the real sense of ourselves and others. Thus we can get rid of all the bad behavior that will cause disharmony between the individual, society and culture.

If my thoughts disturb me during meditation, I have to assume as if the mind is the mind of others. So I always create distance between myself and the emergence of thoughts. If I get myself too involved with the mind, then I will slowly release the mind and bring it back to the early atmosphere (before starting meditation).

Anyway, in principle, we can learn how to balance these two energies - Yin (emotions, desires and past) and Yang (our activities and future thoughts) - and enjoy a balance in life, peace and tranquility.

Oh. So what's the point, Cisca? If you can not sing, then do not create a new stress by singing loudly. Is that what you mean?
