Words and Silence

MANY MILES AWAY FROM HOME

Your fingers marking a conversation
which did not want to be recorded by us
in Black Cuttlefish and Sauvognon Blanc glasses
which would be abandoned.
"This town," you said, "is a clock replaced by the sun."

now he understands: also the map
conceals his memory,
like the night of Russia
hides a city.
each lander will not recognize the shack location,
traces of sand crabs,
stalk of the last rambai,
where the rest of the rain
somewhat is disguised
then he closes the shutters
and he returns to the table,
to the map
with the unclear color of the sea

News Headlines (476) 28 March - 30 March 2014

ONLINE TODAY

28 march 2014 : Something or someone comes to you in a dream -- but don't be scared! It may be difficult to understand, but this message is vital to your understanding of something big that's coming up soon. A strange but wonderful new friend has just entered your world, and you're loving every minute of your time together. They may end up being more interested in you than as just friends, though, so if you're not thinking along those same lines, you had better mention that early on. Otherwise, you could end up having to come up with some explanations -- to yourself in the mirror, that is -- sometime in the future.

29 March 2014 : Your karmic balance is in need of a little readjustment, so make sure that you're doing good deeds, thinking good thoughts and generally trying to make your world a better place. You're feeling the urge to give generously, and if you decide to follow through as much as you've done in the past, you may need someone close to physically restrain you, or at least grab your wrist before you toss the deed to your home in the collection basket. If you're in the black and can afford all this giving, good on you. Just make sure you don't indulge so much that you need to ask for help yourself!

30 March 2014 : Your passionate nature is fully engaged right now, so it's a good time to shower your sweetie with affection, ask out that new hottie or dive into some non-romantic activity that you care deeply about. If anyone decides that it might be fun to see just how far you can be pushed, they are in for a serious lesson. At this point, you're not willing to go very far at all. If people came with warning labels (how did that get skipped?), yours would say 'Danger -- Do not exceed capacity.' Of course, with your fiery energy, this situation isn't exactly rare, so the next best thing is to shut all doors as soon as you can.

I will be friendly to him. I can never know his pain, and may I be the reason for his new expectations. And the most important thing is, I will not be upset if he forgets about the things that I think they are important, whereas, according to him they are not important at all.

EDUCATION  : German Death Camp Treblinka - Survivor Stories. The dark heart of the German Nazi holocaust, Treblinka was an extermination camp where over 800,000 Polish Jews perished from 1942. Only two men can bear final witness to its terrible crimes. Samuel Willenberg and Kalman Taigman were slave labourers who escaped in a dramatic revolt in August 1943. One would seek vengeance in the 1944 Warsaw Uprising, while the other would appear in the sensational trial of Adolf Eichmann in 1961. This film documents their amazing survivor stories and the tragic fate of their families, and offers new insights into a forgotten death camp. Published on Nov 8, 2013 by The Eagle Unbowed

Mil-huit-cent-vingt… parfum des lyres surannées ;

Putin calls Obama to discuss Ukraine
Russia's Vladimir Putin telephones President Obama to discuss the Ukraine crisis and US diplomatic proposals.
It is a diplomatic call, and who is calling first does not mean he has been defeated. Ehehhee, I, myself, usually, if I got a call from someone who I admire quietly, though in my appearance I always show myself better than someone then I feel I have been defeated by the initiative of "Who Calls First".

For those who love the aggressive actions and only dare to run their aggressive action behind the scenes, then, the most straightforward activities such as making a call just even just to say "hi" will be hard to do, because of lack of sportsmanship will always weigh on their attitude.

And the silly thing is, after they got a call, they will feel that they are cooler than who's calling, and they spread the event of "We've got a call" with great feeling even though they seem small indeed. Why? Because of you, Obama, for calling Putin even you can not do that, but you seem busy bragging here and there to teach about diplomacy to him, ehehhee ... America's funny clown!

Today's African Proverb
"A child is like an axe: it hurts you but you still carry it on your shoulder" - A Bemba proverb from Zambia sent by Patricia Jonker-Cholwe, UK
True! Be careful with the two small stones in the path of our lives: Our children and our property. I do not fully agree if the child  described as an ax. They are still human, but they can turn out to be anything other than human if we are wrong in educating them. Furthermore, they are not only going to hurt us, but they are also likely to hurt themselves, others and the environment around them. So here I just emphasize how important a good education for the children from an early age.

Standby NATO: Turkey plots justification to Syria strike. The Turkish government is red-faced after a leak on YouTube revealed a daring plot to justify invading neighboring Syria. An anonymous source posted audio of a secret meeting between top Turkish officials - discussing a false flag operation that would appear as a Syrian attack. It's not the first time Ankara has tried to rally NATO against Syria. RT's Marina Portnaya has a collection of Turkish attempts to spark a full-blown war with its neighbor, with the backing of the Alliance.

Lavrov: No Russian isolation in UN vote on Crimea. You might think the United Nations is a place where any country can speak its mind without being pressured by more powerful members. However in an interview to the Russian media, the country's Foreign Minister has shed light on some murky goings on. Let's now find out more about what Sergey Lavrov, who previously enjoyed a bright career at the UN, had to say from RT's Irina Galushko.

Jim Rogers: China will gain massive power & influence by bailing out EU. Europe is taking its chance to make sure China knows its arms are wide open for any investment it can get. President Xi Jinping is visiting the continent - and Paris and Berlin have laid out the red carpet. And the issue of human rights, so often a key part of talks between the EU and China, is strangely absent this time around. On Thursday, the EU trade chief agreed to drop a probe into under-priced Telecom equipment, imported from China. Karel De Gucht says that's because Europe needs to do much more to attract Chinese investment. There was some hushed criticism on China's rights record, with Human Rights Watch describing the conditions most Chinese people live in as "appalling". But investor and financial commentator Jim Rogers says Europe knows it has to be nice.

However, following the introduction of protection laws in 1971, this steadily increased, with scientists now estimating their population at more than 100,000.

NEWS & POLITICS : Jim Sinclair: Russia Can Collapse US Economy, Gold Update, Silver is Gold on Steroids & More. Gold expert Jim Sinclair is issuing a warning of a massive downside risk to U.S. sanctions against Russia. Sinclair says watch the "struggling dollar" and Russia accepting any currency for oil and natural gas. Sinclair explains, "It's struggling . . . because it smells the real teeth of retaliation for sanctions being in the simple acceptance of any currency whatsoever for payment for gas to Europe. Believe me, they will settle in other currencies. . . . It makes energy cheaper. Why in the world would anyone want to pay in dollars if they can pay in their own currency? Russia could retaliate in a way that would have phenomenal impact on the U.S. dollar. . . . Russia has the upper hand. They have it in their ability to turn the U.S. economy upside down and into collapse. There is no question whatsoever. Putin doesn't need a nuclear bomb. He has a nuclear economic bomb that he can set off at any time."

What would the price of gold be this year? Sinclair predicts, "Gold has $2,000 an ounce in its sites in 2014." On silver, Sinclair says, "Silver is gold on steroids. When gold takes off, silver goes up faster. . . . So, the idea you are going to get an old high on silver or better is a given." Published on Mar 16, 2014 by Greg Hunter

Mr. Obama, you look stupid and embarrassing. I wonder how the U.S. as a superpower has a president who is blind to the facts of events and can't read history at all. Geez,... dear America, perhaps you'd like to show you are not a racist, you are not anti-nigger, and it's very nice, .... but to sit an idiot as a president means you are an anti-intelligence and supporting international ignorance, because he spoke in an international context while referring to other countries.
