SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY : JCI's Conversations with Giants in Medicine: Stephen O'Rahilly. Professor Stephen O'Rahilly's research has led to an increased understanding of the genetic causes of human obesity and insulin resistance. Using modern biochemical approaches and classical clinical observation in humans with profound metabolic disorders, O'Rahilly, from the Departments of Medicine and Clinical Biochemistry at the University of Cambridge, has shown that a person's appetite and feeding behavior can be linked to specific genes. His work has challenged long-held dogmas and led to new treatment avenues. Today's African Proverb : "A frog's large eyes will not stop a cow from drinking water" - A Swahili proverb sent by Isaac Njoroge in Nairobi, Kenya
What's up? Do they see each other and they do not care about each other? Nice. Once in a while is nice to not care about other people's business. So, do not ever threaten me with the general impression in your self. Dear Frog , your eyes are too big, but it's not your goal and it's also not your fault.

101 East : Into the south. More than 5,000 people have been killed in Thailand's restive southern provinces since 2004. The deadly insurgency is shadowy and shapeless. Attacks often come with no formal demands, causing a vicious circle of violence between Malay-Muslim separatist groups and death squads backed by security forces. The innocent live in fear of the next hit. No government in this predominantly Buddhist nation has been able to get a grip on the unrest, despite measures ranging from brutal to conciliatory. Unprecedented high-powered peace talks this year were supposed to signal hope, yet the killings escalated. How will it stop?

Inside Story : Egypt: One year of Mohamed Morsi

Inside Story : Americas - The case of Baby Veronica. Amongst, the many rulings handed down by the Supreme Court this week, was a decision on a custody battle that could have a major impact on Native American families. The 1978 Indian Child Welfare Act - or ICWA - made it more difficult for children to be removed from their families. It is seen as a landmark in the American Indian rights movement - that virtually ended the controversial practice of taking native american children from their homes, and placing them in foster care loosening cultural ties and jeopardising the future of tribal nations in the process.

US leaks prompts questions of 'new culture'. A former high ranking US military general is suspected of leaking details of a cyber attack on Iran's nuclear programme. The case is prompting questions about the culture of releasing secret information within the United States. US president's have publicly spoken out against leaks going out from their administrations. South2North : Do we care enough about animals? According to some specialists, if we kill off tiny animals like bees, we will have massive food shortages, so would the extinction of bees be enough to cause a third world war? This week on South2North we look at the dynamics of extinction. Do we only care about animals that are important to our survival? Why is it important to save rhinos? Will we, human animals, even survive the extinction of so many other species?

Rudd return as leader is a recent attempt expected by the Labor Party to be able to shore up the voice support at next election scheduled in  September. Labour's political map changed after a few recent polls show that the Gillard minority government could have declined by 35% in parliament.

Julia Gillard, Australia's first female prime minister promised to quit parliament if loss of voice. "I'm very proud of what they do and achieve and I hope the government will survive for the long term." When announcing her retirement, Gillard said Labor party was quiet and could win election by leaving a difference in the past and unified themselves as a political party. FILM : The Terminal Movie Trailer. Shot almost entirely on a two-and-a-half-story recreation of a full-size operating airport terminal, this romantic comedy from director Steven Spielberg revolves around an Eastern European man by the name of Viktor Navorski (Tom Hanks), whose plans of immigrating to New York were hastened by a violent coup in his home country. Unfortunately, Viktor finds himself on the wrong end of a nasty technicality while en route to America: His passport was issued from a country, which, during its upheaval, ceased to exist in an official capacity. Unauthorized to leave Kennedy Airport upon his arrival and unable to return home, Viktor finds himself exiled inside the terminal's international transit lounge. Though airport official Frank Dixon (Stanley Tucci) views Viktor as an annoying bureaucratic glitch, other airport employees -- including a beautiful flight attendant by the name of Amelia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) -- come to see him as a welcome, if unofficial, addition to their numbers. As the days stretch on into months, the terminal transforms from an intimidating atmosphere of forced assimilation into a country within itself, complete with culture, ambition, status, complex diversity, and the need for love. The supporting cast includes Diego Luna, Chi McBride, Kumar Pallana, Zoe Saldana, Eddie Jones, and Jude Ciccolella. Published on Jun 26, 2012 by SuperMovieJunkie

I have a big dream in the field of science. There are a lot of scientists are working hard to solve the structure of DNA abnormalities. So, rather than looking for solutions on how to fix the damage around the anus and mouth or find cutting-edge medicine for AIDS prevention, then it is better they deepen the science of studying chromosome surgical.

Of course this dream does not include the efforts to retrospection of the wife, (Note: Woman with original vagina) who caught her husband (man with normal penis) involved a gay relationship with his fellow man just because the husband experiencing a communication gap with his wife, for example, which resulted in bias in sexual orientation.

So, I just wonder why they are cheering. After all, they have to know themselves. Married? Legitimacy? Ok, then what? Then what you want to do with the wedding? Have children? Yeah? Prove to me that men could get pregnant just for having oral sex and anal sex with other men, and women can get pregnant without fertilization by sperm the egg cell. ehehehe ...You can't. Then you adoptchildren. Then what? Being happy with life in such pseudo? Are you sure? ehehhehe, I rarely see a good friend of volatility is introspective. But I'm sure a condition will always be familiar with the unspeakable things in themselves.

MONKEY TODAY

A FLAME TODAY

You should listen to me
I sing wander
between the trunks of Europe wine

and in the wind,
Asian wind.
The best of all human life
and of life,
from the fineness of the earth,
and true peace
I store in my life overseas.
The best of the earth
and from another Earth
I'm tacking on my lips
with my song:
freedom of the wind,
peace in the wine garden.
Sometimes people are hostile to each other
but the evening is the veil
for all
and the light of the king
inspire us;
light the world
And when it comes to me in the homes
they sit around the table
 they come back from work
with tears or laughter.
All the same.
All eyes looking for the light.
All mouth to sing
spring song.
All.
Thus, I am among the trunks of wine
and in the wind
choose
the best in people.
And you should listen to me.

"Thank you for your perception! I like your romantic side, even if I do not always comment and I'm glad that you're in my circle of friends."
(Courtesies by: Wolfgang A. Gerhardt)

Wolfgang A.Gerhardt : May be you like this Sunday collage

Cisca Zarmansyah : Before today, there never was a person doing this to me. You create a simple matter to look special. This is a special thing for me.

Cisca Zarmansyah : Thank you. I love it. I love you, my friend.

CieL- FreYa Ceastle : Hmm, he's so nice...

"I am me.
In all the world,
there is no one else exactly like me.
Everything that comes out of me
is authentically mine,
because I alone chose it --
I own everything about me:
my body,
my feelings,
my mouth,
my voice,
all my actions,
whether they be to others or myself.
I own my fantasies,
my dreams,
my hopes,
my fears.
I own my triumphs and successes,
all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me,
I can become intimately acquainted with me.
By so doing,
I can love me
and be friendly with all my parts.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do not know
-- but as long as I am friendly
and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully
look for solutions
to the puzzles and ways
to find out more about me.
However I look and sound,
whatever I say and do,
and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time
is authentically me.
If later some parts of how I looked,
sounded,
thought,
and felt
turn out to be unfitting,
I can discard that which is unfitting,
keep the rest,
and invent something new
for that which I discarded.
I can see,
hear,
feel,
think,
say, and do.
I have the tools to survive,
to be close to others,
to be productive,
and to make sense
and order out of the world of people
and things outside of me.
I own me,
and therefore,
I can engineer me.
I am me,
and I am okay."
